Pizza was hot and service was quick. My only complaint is our breadsticks came with picante sauce and not marinara.
I ordered my food at 8:09 P.M and waited about an hour until I started to call them in order to figure out what was going on... with my food. I was calling for around 20 minutes before I gave up and decided to drive to the store myself. Mind you my orderonline had said that it was on it's way yet when I arrived to the store it hadn't even been taken off the shelf. I can onlyassume that my order had been sitting there for around 30-40 minutes. After waiting for so long I decided to take my DELIVERYorder to my house myself. Food was cold and stale making it almost inedible. Absolutely appalling customer service which madethe experience a definite never again scenario. Read more
took em 10 minutes to seat me when i was the only customer in there, once my 3 other friends got there we sat at the table with... menus for 20 minutes without being helped. got up and left and the employees just stared at us. use to be good service, notanymore. Read more
Came in to order carryout tonight, we sat at the table while we waited. We ordered cheesybread sticks, 1 pizza and some pasta.... After a few minutes of waiting an employee comes out and gives us a box and says "it's your lucky day, these aren't the freshestcheese sticks but they are extra for you tonight!" And walked off. The manager comes out gives us our pizza and pasta order andinforms me the cheese sticks given to us previously was our order of breadsticks. And we were not going to get fresh breadsticks. The pasta came out with barely any sauce and BURNT! very dissatisfied and disappointed! I don't know that we will beback. Read more
Got the order quick, treat taste. Staff is really welcoming and helpful. Gave us an option to sit and eat in the restaurant even... though we have pick up order. Was provided chilly flakes, grated cheese and plates for pizza. Read more
