On 9/1/22 we ordered and paid at the store. 15 minutes later, before receiving our food, the power went out. Someone came out... and said that as soon as the power was back on, we would be issued a refund to our bank. To this day, we have not received moneyback. The manager stated that I had to go online and make a complaint to corporate, which I did. Corporate stated that it had tobe handled through the store. I called the manager again and AGAIN she stated she couldn't help unless we wanted to be paid backin food. At this point, the manager is so incompetent that we will never go back there. It's only a small amount of money butthe way this has been handled is absolutely ridiculous. Read more
One star may overate my visit last Friday. I ordered a B.L.T. and large fries. Prepaid. When they arrived, bread was slightly... burned, and fries only half full. That quality of service is becoming more frequent, and I will avoid it every time I smell it. Read more

Foods always fresh and good! They do always forget my daughters toy in her wacky pack so it's always disappointing.
Everything here is okay but I've had several times where I ordered a sonic cheeseburger with no onion, and I got onion. Make... sure you emphasize. Read more
This is one of the more expensive fast food chains. When I pay more, I expect better quality. The sweet tea is rarely sweet. The... food is okay sometimes. I've had poor quality food and drinks for the last three trips. Not going to return. We orderedmozzarella sticks last time. They were mangled and gooey. Read more
