Just stopped in at 1630 on this posted date. As soon as you step in the building it smelled like urine, like someone came in... with a bucket of urine and mopped the floor. I ordered anyway; ordered the #6 soft taco and burrito supreme. I wanted the #6with beef, but I got chicken, she never asked me if I wanted beef....guess it's my fault since I don't work there to know I hadto tell her, I just assumed. Burrito was good, would have been better if I had sauce, yet again I don't work there so it's myfault that she didn't ask me. Wanted to wipe my face with a napkin.....yes again I don't work there to know there was no napkinsin the bag when leaving. Also wanted a thanks as I picked up my bag, I even stopped to say "Have a good day", and got no reply.I guess the best thing about not working there, I won't ever have to go back. Took 45 min to get my families food. 2 line cooks working on drive-thru maketable line, 1 drive-thru cashier, 1 dine-in cashier,... and possibly 2 to 3 other people hiding in the back near the office and storage. The dine-in maketable line was partially toredown, nothing covered and looked to be turned off. While waiting they had 4 other customers waiting. They had a door dashemployee waiting on a customers food to deliver it, the manager canceled the door dash delivery. The driver waited 30 mins to betold about it. Kitchen looked like a pig pen from the food on the ground, no one swept it up the entire time I was there. I willnot return to this location due to poor service. Read more

Sour cream was placed on the outside of our taco. Our order was messed up and they asked for our receipt. Our nachos were... missing the tomato and sour cream. Whoever the girl was told the guy helping me to throw away our receipt and there was noproof. We have ate here other times and we thought it was just confusion on the order. We are in the lobby and Staff wasdisrespectful to the manager. Read more

Lobby was locked by 8 and we are pulling a horse trailer and the girl at the drive through window was kind enough to take our... order inside. Wife ordered (1) grilled steak burrito and the food prep guy comes out front, gloves on and starts complainingthere were too many orders (3 on the screen). He starts scratching his scraggly beard with his gloves on and goes back to makefood. He starts throwing things around, and complaining to the girl taking orders to stop adding orders. Mind you, only thedrive through is open. Needless to say, I skipped ordering food, my wife acceptef the risk. Sir, you are in the wrong line ofwork. The fast food restaurants are called that for a reason. For the managers of this site, I know you are hurting foremployees and are stuck with what you have, but that absolutely unacceptable behavior and professionalism. Read more

been sitting g here at taco bell waiting for my food for about 20 minutes now. breakfast menu wasn't up. the guy taking orders... told me due to the lack of workers it wasn't able to be changed. there hasn't been one other car iv seen come in the drivethrough or to dine it. the employees are I side walking around on their phones. they aren't busy by any means. this isridiculous. Slow service, did say was under staffed. Sat inside waiting for food over 25 minutes. Then when food was ready watched it sit,... kept asking to receive food and they kept ignoring us. Watched three other customers walk out. Then when upon receiving orderorder was missing two items. When asked to speak to a manager a manager was present to fix our order and the workers wouldn?tfix our order. Very dissatisfied. Read more

Dirtiest Taco bell I've ever been to. Staff was friendly, but floor and tables were covered in trash and I was the only customer... in the place. There was no Ice in the pop machine and they seemed to know about it, when I told them, the guy employeeacted likeit was an inconvenience to fill my cup with ice. When I finally did get a Pepsi it tasted like the machine had not been cleanedfor weeks and it was flat. Food was good and made well. Won't be going back. Read more

Food's not bad. Although I missed an item and had to place it at the window. I was ask to pull forward and wait. Four cars... behind me left before I received my order, which only tells me that my order I place was placed behind the four. If this istheir practice I wish to be notified beforehand. That'll give me the opportunity to decide if I'd like to wait the extra 20minutes, while they serve other customers prior to my missed item order. Read more
