My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Great Falls Mt today at a430. After sitting for ten minutes they came and asked... for drink order and we gave food order at same time. It was not busy, one table of 6 maybe another one or two. Soon 3 young mencame in and got their food. We still did not have ours. A table of 3-4 came in, ordered and received their food. When we enteredthere was no one in the covered outdoor eating area. When after over an hour of waiting and seeing these other people get theirfood, ( I had already asked our server to check our order which if she did, it was several minutes after she waited in anothertable, we told her we were leaving and left! I am very disappointed ( and still hungry). I don?t think we will try thisrestaurant again any time soon! Read more
Hands down wonderful location to stop in Great Falls. My buffalo chicken sandwich was hot so fresh!!! The onion rings were the... perfect crunch yet soft smooth onion ring, our server was so sweet checked in on us a couple times... nice place for hot freshfood with a friendly smile in the bar!!! Over priced chicken!! Service was lousy to say the least!! No host on duty to seat us, would have spent more on drinks if they... would have checked our table but never did?? Food order was wrong ( didn't get the side orders right ) then food portions weresmall to say the least!! This was my first visit to B-Dubs and I must say that I had basically given up on going to restaurants due to horrible service,... my long list of food allergies and mediocre food at high prices. Thank you B-Dubs! Or food was amazing, our waiter and thestaff was amazingly accommodating and attentive. It was the best experience I have had at a restaurant in well over 15 years. Read more
