While visiting City Brew's drive thru, the barista sounded to be new and not really understanding what I wanted. When getting to... the window another barista stepped in to help get the drink I wanted. With all the confusion she ended up giving my drink forfree and was very apologetic about the situation. This place has gone nothing but downhill for the last year. We literally just went through the drive-through for the first time... in six months because of previous bad service and the guy on the intercom took our order very professionally. He seemed like heknew what he was doing so we were excited and thought maybe it had turned around. However, not even 30 seconds later when wepulled up to the window, a girl stuck most of her body out of the window at us awkwardly, asked us what our order was becausethe guy didn?t write it down. This was 30 seconds ago by someone that seemed like they knew what they were doing so somethingwas very off here and we felt like our order definitely would not be right, so we said we would go elsewhere and moved on. Really good coffee place, I take my wife to this place on the regular. Staff always friendly and that camp fire mocha with whip... is fire. If you go to this place more than once sign up for the reward points. Trust me it's worth it, we went through last weekand got a free coffee. Don't believe me, try it out and see what happens.
