Went to get some ice cream with my boyfriend, we were the only people in line. No one greeted or acknowledged us. There was a... younger girl with dark long hair that started helping us but clearly wasnt happy about it. Our ice cream was not mixed togetherlike they usually do, everything was squished on top. Ice cream and cakes are good. But if you order a cake don't expect them to have the one you ordered.

I went to cold stone creamery the other night. I was with some friends getting some quick ice cream while we are on that college... studying grind. We arrived 30 min before closing and I felt bad because more and more people arrived after us and the workersobviously were stressed about the last minute flood of customers. I was like yeah I?ll tip this girl more than usual and all Igot was a small milkshake. For 6 dollars by the way. Anyways i got my shake left a tip and realized that my milkshake was ashake of milk. I basically payed for a cup of milk. There was also barely any flavors left. I love cold stone and I was sadlydisappointed in the outcome of last weeks experience. Frankly my night was ruined as my late night slumber was interrupted by mybowels result of said milkshake. Took my kids to get a Lucky Charm Milkshake they were super excited, so I get there about 8:30 and had a pretty big order, but I... ordered the 2 Lucky Charm Milkshakes 1st the lady sets them on the counter and says we?re out of the Marshmallows.... ????. Oneof the main reasons the kids wanted them... and didn?t tell me until she had already made them... my niece also wanted a luckycharm ice cream in a bowl with the glitter, marshmallows,and whip cream, all the fun stuff that was supposed to be on there. SoI didn?t really have a choice but to order one, so I did, and got a bowl of green ice cream with nothing on it no whip cream noglitter, nothing but a bowl of green ice cream. I went on and continued to get the rest of my order, the lady was extremelyrude, my 11-year-old little girl looked up at me and asked why she was being so rude to us? Paid for the ice cream, I asked fora side of glitter to add to the milkshakes and bowl of ice cream, and you would?ve thought I asked for $1 million, then had togo over to Smith?s grocery store and buy a box of Lucky charms so the kids can have marshmallows on their lucky charm milkshakesand ice cream.. Great ice cream shop! The local is perfect for an after-dinner dessert, or a shopping treat. The store is kept in great shape,... and even offers some outdoor seating in the warmer months. The staff is friendly, and quick to help too! Even with a line tothe door. Biggest issue is price point, as it is a bit more spendy then one might expect. But totally worth it! Read more
