Oof, I feel this place just got renovated but all the booth seat covers were crazy destroyed and re-taped up with whatever they... had laying around. Service was super slow and they were out of a lot of menu items, even hot cocoa. It's only saving grace wasthe food that they did have and the cook that made it. Delicious food, great cook, slow service. Maybe that's just what you getfor a 5:30 dinner time. The atmosphere outside of the booths was nice. Read more
TL;DR: Just avoid this place unless you're on your 10 and have time to sit. Sat down at 7:05pm, ordered at 7:15pm, appetizers... came out at 7:54pm. When I finally got my eggs at 8:17pm they were under over easy (asked for over medium) and my sausage wasroom temperature. When they redid my eggs they only brought me 2 instead of the 4 ordered and bacon instead of the sausage. So Iate 2 pieces of toast and the 2 eggs while waiting for my other 2 eggs to be made and wished for sausage instead of the paperthin bacon I was given. The second star is purely for the staff that seemed to be trying hard and to hold it together. I'm not sure if there was a... manager or supervisor even present. We waited an hour for our food, which would have been fine if we got a decent meal. However,our waitress walked out and set out plates on the table with no toast and said "sorry the toaster isn't working, no toast". Theywere not warning you ahead of time and if it just happened while our food was in line they didn't make any effort to come warnus or give us options. We asked if we could just have bread then and the waitress obliged. She brought us just the bread slices,no butter on them and no butter on the table. We mentioned on the way out they could offer to just put the bread on the grillfor a minute or 2 on each side. They didn't seem to understand that or care to even pretend it was taken into consideration.Save your sanity and time and go elsewhere. The ownership here needs to get someone on the floor Stat. Had surgery recently and wasn't feeling up to cooking, decided to take a chance and order Denny's, definitely never ordering... again. Food was almost ice cold, had to be microwaved, the forgot the sausage links on both meals, and the food was preparedhorribly. The saddest looking breakfast I have ever had from a restaurant. 3/27/22 Got here at 12:40pm waited over an hour to get our food. Most of the meal was undercooked and the hash browns and... pancakes were cold. Don?t waste your time here eat somewhere else. Read more
When I first came to this denny?s I was nervous because it was at a truck stop. I should have went with my instincts and chose... not to come here. Our server did not talk to us for 15 minutes. When she finally got to us she was not that friendly. She seemedlike she was in a rush but she only had five tables and most had there food. We first ordered the new cinnamon pancake puppiesand let?s just say this is a expectation vs reality meal! This Location of Denny?s should not be allowed to serve these pancakepuppies if they do not know how to make them correctly, there was a table next to us who orders the same thing and they came outburnt. What?s even worse is the manager served the dish. How could a manager set food on the table when they know it?s notpresentable.The server seemed very distant towards us, didn?t ask if we needed refills just gave us the check when she sat ourfood down.
