I ordered Jimmy John?s through door dash and they couldn?t deliver to the address I requested so I requested a refund and they... forgot to do it so I called again and they said they would do credit or cash for the amount I ordered then when I went to usethe credit they told me half the amount I spent is what I get back. Pretty sad when you can?t refund a full meal when it?s yourfault for not refunding it to my card. Lot a lot of business from my family there. Read more

The sub was ok, but it seemed skinnier than usual. My pickel was not crunchy and over all it was a meh experience. The workers... were nice and very fast, but it's worth the drive to go to the other one in town. Read more
Staff needs to listen. We ordered a plain turkey and cheese. We go a pound of mayo tomatoes lettace the sandwich was soak thru... with mayo. I don't know how the words. I would like a turkey and cheese only sandwich turned into that but really open yourears. Read more
5 online orders straight of receiving my order w/o the additional add ons I have paid for. so I called in to place the order... instead and the gal assured everything would be added and still no extras on the sandwich when it arrives.
