May have been just an off day - but multiple things were wrong with my order. Didn?t realize until I was home unfortunately!... They completely forgot half of my daughters kids meal in the box, and for her side all she had was 2 very mushy brown broccoli.She basically only had brown rice in the box. They stated it would be a wait for the veggies which I was fine with, but thenafter not waiting very long, all we got were tiny scraps. Just be sure to check food before leaving I guess! Drive through girl needs to get off her high horse, but first give her some hearing aids. Got impatient with me about 2 seconds... into my order and started to show attitude. Irritated by me for asking her a question about what they do and DONT have in stock(because half the menu is always out of stock) Ignored me as soon as she handed my plate to me, this panda needs to retraintheir employees. Went through the drive through around 8:45 and was told that they only had a limited menu (3 entrees and egg rolls) when they... close at 9:30. It was clear they were pre closing as there were about 7-8 employees inside cleaning. If your store says you?reopen until 9:30 then I should be able to order anything on the menu till then. Also with as many people as they had working itwould be easy to close at the proper time. Employees acted as if I inconvenienced them by expecting them to do there jobs. Cold greasy food. Poor service. Go to Best Wok. Totally worth it. So delicious.
Drive thru service was awful. Ordered 4 drinks and none were marked so we didn't know if they were diet or regular. When we said... something the girl at the window said she wasn't the one to pour them. Good customer service would have been to take the drinks,apologize, mark them, and then give them back to us. Instead we recieved an eye roll. They only gave us 2 forks for 4 people.We were also short egg rolls. Another girl came up and said we got everything and shut the window and then made a rude handgesture. We had to go into the store and get more forks. Spoke with the manager and she said the drive up was really busy- funnyno one was there- and that she had new employees and apologized. The girl at the drive up denied anything even happened. The food is good, staff is friendly.. but the turnover for getting food out is super slow. This is a super slow town though. I... like panda when I am burned out on eating something else. Close to the Koa and Walmarts. But the slowness needs to pick up.Maybe they?re understaffed but it definitely needs to pick up a little more! Overall nice clean seats but it?s like chic fil laeveryone goes here. Read more
We actually like the food. It's not bad at all. However.... Their portion sizes are a joke. I ordered a bowl with the shrimp... entree and the bowl was 95% rice, and that lonely little 5% was actual entree. They do this very often and they won't let youget more. Another time I ordered the steak entree, and got 2 small pieces of steak, in a huge bowl of rice... Come on. Iunderstand the food industry but this is ridiculous. They have also stopped giving us sweet and sour sauce with the egg/springrolls, and have often forgotten items from my order... Good food, horrible portion sizes, and forgotten items in drive through.I think they're over priced due to portion sizes. Good customer service, friendly staff, and good food. Read more
Service was obnoxiously terrible. 5 people working the drive through and to go and a single person serving the entire line... actually standing inside the restaurant. I waited over 10 minutes with an empty line in front of me before a single person evenacknowledged my presence. All 5 people rushing to fill to go orders for people who were there yet while the entire line waited.One woman appeared to be the man agate and even she didn?t acknowledge me, despite making eye contact multiple times. I know togo can get busy, but figure out a better system. Orange chicken was soggy too. Read more
