Detroit style pizza is amazing, but $12 for 6 wings I think not! ????
Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to eat! I never have an issue, but if I do, they always takes care of it!
I ordered my usual and it was incorrect, one person told me they would re-make the pizza and deliver it but the female I guess... manager called back and stated they had gotten it correct and if I wanted a replacement I would have to pay for it. The only reason I am not giving it one star is because our delivery driver we've had a few times, an older gentleman (cannot... recall his name), is extremely kind and quick. He deserves a freaking bonus for working with those who work in that storebecause Lord knows he needs all the patience to deal with them. Now for the bad news... Atrocious customer service - some ofthe worst I've ever experienced, and the bar is low for a fast food pizza place like this already. When ordering through theapp, it is easy and no issues. If you try to call and place an order its like talking to a brick wall with an attitude. I havebeen hung up on TWICE because I was inquiring about a special they have displayed on their sign outside, but then am told thatspecial is not current and the price for that same item would be the normal menu price (nearly double the special price). Theworkers there have terrible attitudes and are very rude over the phone. Forget trying to pick it up in the store - waiting 10+minutes for someone to help me out at the desk, even though I'm the only one in there. Food quality has been really hit ormiss. Wings are usually sauced great, hot, and taste fresh. Pizzas are either woefully under-topped, or way over-topped. Ordered The Edge pizza recently and goodness, it would have been nice to have some pizza with that flat piece of bread which wasway over-seasoned with pepper/seasoning (as in salt and pepper) I had. I ordered a large pizza with breadsticks and cheesesticks. The pizza was ok, but the breadsticks and cheesesticks appeared to be... cooked at a high temp and fast, the outside was burnt and the overall thickness was half the norm. While waiting at the pickupwindow and looking inside, it was very chaotic. Everyone needed something. It will be awhile before i return. Read more
I own my own catering business, but sometimes not cooking is much needed. I kinda understand prices due to whatever is going on... with the economy, but it has gotten way too expensive to afford any more. A family of 3 should be able to eat for less than $65.I will make my own pizza and wings for more than half the cost and a lot healthier. AND...Got the wrong order to boot. Willnot order from Pizza Hut any longer. You are too expensive, there is lack of customer service at the time of delivery and atthe local level when trying to call and make a complaint. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and pasta. I put for extra sauce on pizza because the last few times they skimped on it. The pizzas had... almost no sauce and looked like a thin crust when it was hand tossed. The wings were not done and soggy as hell. Would notrecommend at all, save your money and go get Mod or Howards. Pizza hut has gone down the drain. Glad I wasted $60 because noteven my dog would eat it! Read more
