I love Subway, but the customer service on Wed 8/17/22 around 3pm at the East Walmart Subway was pretty sad. I was the 2nd... customer in the store at the time and the employee was the only one I saw. I started with "hi, how are you?" His flat response"tired". I laughed slightly and said "I'm sorry". Him: no response, no nothing. He made my sandwich reasonably enough. Theydidn't have pickles (may fave!) And he said "I don't think I have any prepped". I literally did "aww man bummer those are myfave, really?" It took a bit of guilt from me for him to actually go check and confirm no pickles. We wrapped up, I paid, and Isaid "thank you" with a smile. Got a flat you're welcome amd nothing more. I felt like such a burden to this dude for walkinginto the sandwich store, TO ORDER A SANDWICH!! I don't blame him if he was having a bad day truly but don't make your customerfeel like you're annoyed with them simply for being a customer. The staff was fantastic and should know their appreciation from the public. Super friendly and my sandwich is delicious!

Was in Sunday night 12/12. Busy, Christmas shoppers. The two guys working were patient, efficient and best of all friendly!!... Offered fun extra options, worked with my different requests and were so pleasant. Nice job! Thank you. Read more

My son stopped into this subway on Sunday Aug 22nd around 6pm or so. There was one lady out front and one lady in the back area.... My son was ordering 5 subs. The front lady asked the back area lady to help up front. My son said they decided to argue abouthelping each other out, to help the load of customers and subs being made. My sub was basic BLT and my son asked please cook thebacon only. They put my bacon in the microwave but didn't turn it on to cook it, yet still put it on my sub. My son was talkingwith my grandson while he thought the bacon was being cooked. Got my sub with un-cooked bacon. They messed up 3 of the subs. Myson was just wanting to get home and eat. Need new subway servers. ASAP. Won't get subs from there again. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The only time I go to this subway is in the evening, so I can not comment on morning/day... shift, but the service in the evening is non existent. Literally stood there for 20 minutes with no employee in sight, fooduncovered, phone ringing off the hook, online orders pinging on the computer every 30 seconds, etc. On this day I left withoutever seeing an employee. Went tonight and again no employees. When the employee did show up it was clear by his attitude that wewere inconveniencing him by making him work. Read more

High points: not the best sandwiches and don?t order from the app. Be patient because this will take some extra time. Nice... customer service, but the bread was crunchy and stale. Sandwich seems slapped together and it takes a while for the order eventhough I ordered ahead. Read more

My husband and I ordered two sandwiches tonight with the Italian herb and cheese bread. Sandwich was good but the bread was... really crunchy and crispy. Not good. Service was good and the young man working was real pleasant. Read more

I ordered through the app -it was not toasted -and they used plain bread I ordered 2 sandwiches and they did this to both which... from what I can tell goes beyond a simple accident. I can't check the sandwiches because they are already wrapped up, which I amsure was the thought behind it.???? Read more
