I will never go to this TJ?s again! Rude customer service. Both times take out orders. When I said there were barely any beans... in my bean burrito, the rude staff guy said that?s how we?re told to make them. The next time I went, I asked if they had beansand rice as a side since it wasn?t on the menu board and he didn?t ask me what kind of beans and rice that I wanted so when Igot home they had given me black beans and some weird looking rice - not Mexican rice, not refried beans with cheese. Taco John's used to be amazing. But we will no longer be using this location. It's easy to go here since it's only 2 blocks away... so we've given them alot of chances. But everytime we go there now we are severely disappointed. We never receive our full order(usually missing a taco, large Ole or nacho cheese). On todays order the ole's we got were all crumbled apart, nacho cheese wascold, missing a large Ole, the tacos were so skimpy you could roll them up to the size of a toquito and received a coke insteadof the unsweetened tea we ordered. I have eaten at Taco John many times. My normal order is a taco salad no bowl and extra meat. It has always been served in the... same container that super oles or nachos are served in. Today it came in a small "side salad" size container and only hadlettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and regular serving of meat on it, no sour cream or dressing. I brought it back up to complain andthe guy that looked at it asked if it was suppose to be a taco salad. When I said yes, he looked dumbfounded. The only thingthey were willing to do is give me some sour cream. Read more
