Where to start... The restaurant needs a good cleaning. The employees should really be educated on what team work really is... because it's definitely not standing around watching others struggle like they do. The management really needs reeducation onhow to manage. The freshest part of the whole meal I got were the fries that I didn't even order but got in place of the potatoI did order. My chili was like warm at best and my bread on the sandwich that again I didn't order(I ordered one just not thatone) was stale(I get it they go through a lot of them so the bags don't get shut and the bread dries out). Oh! And to theemployee that was playing with her hair and doing everything but digging in her nose... WASH YOUR DANG HANDS! Don?t even want to give this place a one star rating. Lacey the ? manager ? is very unprofessional. I called about how my order... was messed up and she started being super rude and hung up on me! When I called back she continued to be very disrespectful tome and almost yelling at me over the phone. Would not offer a refund for food they never put in the bags. This place is one mytop list for most unprofessional and disrespectful place ever. Read more
Not sure why it?s listed under fast food, definitely the slowest location I?ve been to. But there?s a manager in the day time... that makes every visit pleasant. Wish I would?ve gotten her name. Read more
I don't know what it is about this Wendy's specificly but everytime I eat here my stomach has violent issues 24 hours exactly... after eating. I have been to other Wendy's and it only happens with the food from this location. Which is a shame because Ithink for fast food Wendy's is above average. Read more
One of the very first places we stop when getting some grub. when we make it to Great Falls, it is one of the few places that my... sons will eat a regular plain cheeseburger from. other than McDonald's. But Wendy's is damn good. Have always had great Meals. Read more
I just want to say, we know our order is a complex order. Only cheese, only ketchup, no bun no onions no tomatoes and so on. Out... of every place in great falls we?ve ate at there staff just gets it right every time. There professional on the speaker takingthe order is all ways so pleasant. When we pay they are always on point and my receipt is always correct. When we get are foodit?s always started with a smile (this alone means a ton). Just a A+ group always. Huge shoutout to the one and only Wendy?s in great falls and if there were more locations that?d be great but they better take... example from these guys first because the whole night crew of 11/9 about 6:40-7:20pm absolutely kick buns!!(to be polite) Theseguy/gals rock! and definitely deserve a raise, I always come back the deals and food are great and one thing but the main thingis the service I receive I literally never have any problems here but rather they always take care of me even when I dropped adrink or whatever it was they were quick to replace it for me and are just awesome people in general and they always Are busybut people have some patience I watch them and when they are all in the grove they work their butts off and are in actuality allgoing pretty fast paced in the process and you have to give time for your food to cook all the way lol if anything I don?t mindan extra minute or two wait because you know your getting it hot and fresh!
