Unprofessional employees, never get a thanks or even an acknowledgment when I eat here. Throw the food out the window and don't... even look at ya. The sweet tea is 100% of the time more SOUR than sweet. It used to be the local favorite, not anymore. Anythingdeep fried, tastes like month old grease and is about 80% of the time so dried up its trash. Avoid this place at all expense. Read more

Last night at 9:45 pm I put in my parking stall number. I chose curbside because the cue line for drive-thru was 9 or so cars... deep. At 9:55 pm I decided to leave my car and enter to building, but the door was locked so I jumped in the drive-thru line. The line was, or so I thought, moving at a somewhat tolerable rate. The only thing that didn't make this ordeal even lousier wasthat the folks weren't nasty about it. The drive-thru line was moving at a painfully slow rate. From the 1st window, I could seethe vehicle at the 2nd window holding the rest of us up for at least 10 minutes. This does not include the time that I hadalready waited in line. The total time for one Medium McChicken combo meal was 35 minutes. Thankfully, the food was hot. Theemployee at the 2nd window apologized again, after all, it wasn't his fault. I appreciate that the manager on duty went intosolution mode. Not sure how they missed a whole curb-side order pick-up; I know they were busy, but to only be aware of thefolks in the drive-thru is not a good look. Luckily for them, I wasn't a difficult customer to deal with. I wish it was anoption for McDonald's locations to opt out of curbside pick-ups if they can't handle that type of volume or simply forget aboutthose orders. Read more

THE WOREST McDonald's IN MARYLAND!!! I have now tried this location 4 times in 2 years...I won't be back!! Is it too hard to... say "have a great day" or "bye" or even just a simple parting Farwell??? Not only have I had a long wait EACH TIME, but I amnever courteously acknowledged, and the food is below par with regards to every other location I have ever eaten...2 times theburgers were COLD and all 4 times the cheese wasn't even melted....and all 4 times I was simply handed my food though the windowwith no words, including good bye, were uttered to me....the last time I went, the bag was handed to me and the widow was closedwith out a word after receiving my food, but I sat there because my bag of food was open and 2 double cheese burgers wereliterally hanging out of the wrapping--I could actually see my burgers without even unwrapping them. The window gal did open tosee what was wrong, so I showed the inside of the bag and stated the burgers were messy and not wrapped...nothing was said oroffered so I left in uncomfortable silence. Although I don't eat fast food very often, I will do everything I can to avoid thisparticular location. Read more

I've been to this McDonald's a lot. When I've been inside, it's usually with friends. It's usually clean and I like the big... ordering touch screens. I mostly go through the drive-thru, though. My order is usually correct. A couple of times they gaveme regular soda when I asked for Diet, so that was disappointing. And you never know if the fries you get will be fresh or not,if you order fries. That's not just this McDonald's, though. The one in California is the same way about the fries beingold. If you go through the drive-thru in the morning, you can usually get through pretty fast. I don't know if this is becausemost people are just getting coffee, or some other reason? It you go around 10pm, expect it to take 30 min to get through thedrive-thru. I think this is because it's when the inside closes and everyone has to only go through the drive-thru. Not sure, but it definitely takes forever. Read more

Use the app saves you so much money. I love McDonald's always have. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is just occasional... mistakes by the staff. Missing items and such but it never stops me from coming in. My lunch costs me 5 bucks. And it's a goodamount of food. Read more

Wow I mean wow. Not that I haven't already come to expect bad service at most McDonald's this one tops a bunch of the other ones... by a mile. They are the worst ! I order simple things a burger nuggets fries a drink and a pie. The cashier was by far the moatrude person I have ever met, she didn't want to be at work and seemed like me ordering got in her way of playing on her phone, typical, I would have rather had a dog take my order then this lady. So finally the food arrives, they toss the bag and walkaway didn't even call my number so others can go look at the bad cause no one really knows who's it is anyway, terrible service. Now the food !! My daughters could have made a better burger and they've never cooked before, smh it was like they rolled it onthe ground then wrapped it up ! Crazy, the nuggets were so dried out and old it was more like chips, I mean how hard is it tocook some food. Fries were tue only fresh thing. Pie was so cold and hard I could have went bowling with the pie and hit astrike. One of the worst McDonald's ever !! Take my advice and go to another one, the employees here do not care about customersor their selves for that matter. Terrible McDonald's to date I've been to. STAY FAR AWAY !! Read more
