I drive an hour to come to sheetz we stopped at the one on three notch road. I was looking for home style chicken to make a... snack wrap. Well I seen that it was unavailable so I asked the girl behind the counter of she knew if the sheetz about 4/5 milesdown the road has it she looks at me and says how do I know does it look like I work there and I asked well aren?t you owned bythe same people I just thought I?d ask no need to be nasty about it. As I was walking out the door her and another employee were talking about me and another handicap person in the store. So we left and went to the sheetz on old great mills road I askedthem them if they had the home style chicken the guy behind the counter said no ma?am we don?t I?m sorry. So then I told himwhat I was looking for and he said I have little chicken bite kinda like popcorn chicken and I said okay we?ll try it that wayso I bought 2 one for now and one for later. When we got to the check I needed some vape stuff and the girl behind the counterwas very helpful. Matter fact all 4 is the employees were very helpful I will drive the hour to the one on old Great mills road.These for employees know what true customer service is in nowadays that?s hard as hell to find so thank you. Always friendly and nice. The kitchen is usually clean and they use gloves unlike the other location when making food. So i... have to give a update since the last time I posted. They seem to have hired new staff because one they are very slow. Two thecleanliness level has decreased. As i watched a worker make my food, I also, saw him kick the door to close it with his foot.The same foot thats been on the dirty floor. The foot that touched the handle that his hands pull to open the drawer to reach inand pull my food out that he's going to touch with his hand. Im not quite understanding how hard it could have been for him tojust push the drawer shut with his hands. But that was a major turn off. Read more

Sometimes it's okay but 3 times in a row now there's messed on the floor long wait for made to order stuff and most of the... employees are rude as ####. Last night the girl comes to the counter looking between high and drunk speaking low but with ahorrible attitude. Took everything I had not to make a big issue out of it. They have a wonderful mozzarella Burger top notch. And besides that anytime there is a line a second register opens to relieve... the tension within minutes of a line being created. If there is ever a glitch with in their system it's taken care ofimmediately such as if you swipe your credit card and it says declined and you know you have money in your account, they takethe time to work with you to see if it's a problem with their system or if it's the network. I know this first-hand because ithappened to me period not once did I feel disgraced that my card was declined it was a matter of a simple phone call and thingswere cleared up and Sheetz took the time to help me clear up a simple Network issue Read more

This store used to be great before New Management, which occurred a few years ago. Since then, I feel sorry for early morning... patrons, and especially for anyone who works in this store. Employees are overworked, cannot ever seem to get help from theirmanager (who does not respond to their pleas for long lines, at cetera). I do not want to stop before 6 a.m. and wait in thatstore for 10 minutes. I am on my way to work and should not have to wait in a quote-unquote 'convenience' store for that lengthof time. The people behind the cash registers are overworked, or there is only one of them available on the registers. Where ismanagement? Why is this manager not available to help his Frontline staff? I wish I could give them Zero stars! The employees are always rude and have an attitude like you are bothering them and they... always get food orders wrong. The third and final time I ordered food from them, they had to remake 4 times! FOUR times! Iordered a Bacon cheeseburger with mayo and tomato only. No other vegies or condiments and they put lettuce and onion on itinstead of tomato the first two times, the third time, they put mustard on it instead of mayo before finally getting it right.How difficult can it be? Bottom bun, Burger, cheese, bacon, mayo, tomato, top bun. That's it! Then they had the nerve to beupset with me because they were the ones that screwed up? If they don't like their jobs, why work there if they don't want to dotheir job in a professional and courteous manner? Read more
