Overall for this experience, they were significantly slower than usuall. Not to mention they also failed to provide me with a... refill claiming that is was due to covid related reasons. Last time they provided me with a new cup and a refill and every otherlocation complied with the same rules of operation. Due to the invalid excuse and claims. I dont recommend this a and wlocation. Love the food but it's never made right or I don't get my order. Just went to order and specifically asked if they could check... my burger before bagging it because the last time the lettuce was forgotten and I still wound up with the wrong burger entirely. Read more

To be clear this is the A&W not in the mall.. this is the one across from it, they have the wrong location on Google maps. The... A&W in the mall is 1349 Lasalle blv. Anyways... I had such a great experience! It was amazing! The food was perfect, they evenhad thick fresh bread for my eggs that looked home made...Yummy! The cashier was knowledgeable and fast. The cook prepared areally nice breakfast. I'd even say their breakfast beat some of the sit down breakfast places I've been by so far! Def worthgoing for breakfast and burgers! Read more
