Me and my family have been wanting to go to this place for so long and we finally did yesterday. This place is a true gem!!! For... starters, the owner is such a kind person. Then moving on to the food, DELICIOUS. We had the white rice plate with stew beans,the djondjon rice plate and the mixed rice and bean plate and none of them disappointed. We arrived late around 8pm during a really wet and gloomy Wednesday and were welcomed to some of the best service and... hospitality I have had in a long time. There were 2 in our party and we order Jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas and Fried Fishwith rice and peas. Let me tell you this Jerk Chicken was amazing! There's a lot of heat which should be expected when eatingJerk. It was moist and flavourful throughout. The fried fish was excellent as well crispy outside but glistening and moist onthe inside. Both dishes fell away from the bone. Each meal comes with a large portion of rice a cole slaw a pasta salad and 3fried plantains and a portion of sauce that mixed into my rice. The owner operator was friendly kind provided excellent serviceand wouldnt allow me to tip him so I promised I would return. Amazing flavors, big portions and friendly service. We tried this place for the first time this evening and were blown away by... how great everything was. My 6 year old was a huge fan of the jollof rice and stew beans, eating more than the rest of us. Ihighly recommend giving this place a try because it will definitely become a new family favorite.
