Extremely poor food. Ordered from this location two times. The first time I ordered it online, the food was extremely bad and... the manager was extremely rude when I called the store to complain. They even forgot to add side and a drink. Well , had 4 piecemeal today from the store. The service is very bad and the chicken is filthy and undercooked. Stop selling trash on the name ofa brand ! I Picked up two Big Crunch Sandwiches, more like a chicken finger on a stale bun it came with popcorn chicken. Every time I pick up food here it is the same guy putting the order together and he screws up at least 40% of the time. This... must happen to others so I'm surprised he's still working there. Tonight he forgot the 2 chicken strips again and gave the wrongdipping sauces. I see him putting things in the bag and taking them out and he looks super confused constantly. I used to checkthe order to catch it but it's annoying. Why is it so hard to follow an item list from the receipt? Read more

No chicken!! This is the third time within three months we try to buy chicken on the drive through and they tell us they don?t... have chicken. Today they only have two pieces!? This is disappointing!!! We go to kfc to ask if they have chicken. Kind of ashame! This is also the worst drive through... the radius doesn?t fit the cars to turn!!! Lots of marks on the walls and theyadded a wooden piece. Read more
