I used to "work" here and think about these guys a lot. When I was "hired" (in quotation because I was never given an interview,... contract, anything, just called in for a shift) turnover rate was high. I asked a coworker and I THINK he said some senioremployees quit due to pay related reasons. Anyways, It was my first real job and I had to be trained on everything as I wasnever actually given a job description, just expected to do whatever others didn't, so I did that for a few weeks. One day I wasasked to clean a machine that literally had a warning on it saying that only trained operators should clean it, so (and thiswasn't right of me) I didn't clean it. After a little bit I was asked why it wasn't done and I explained the warning and that Iwas never trained on it, I was kind of shown how to get it started and told to just get it done. That was strike number one withthat manager. Strike number two was when I was working an evening shift (not closing) and my shift ended so I clocked out andwalked past the front counter towards the door, as I was about to head out the manager called out to me to do some other taskand I called back that my shift finished and I have to get picked up. Yeah, after that I wasn't scheduled for any shifts, Iasked why and the manager claimed I was being "let go" because apparently I was within a 6momth disciplinary period where theycan let me go for any reason, and didn't have to tell me why. I wasn't told this at any point. I pushed for more details on whyI was being let go as I felt I was doing a good job and the above two strikes are what I was told. Months later I think back onthis employment with regret and question the legality of it. No kidding the turnover rate was high Edit: Btw, we made thepizzas first, and set them on racks that weren't temperature controlled (unless you count flimsy flaps). If you ordered a pizzaand it was already made on the rack we simply tossed it in the oven to be heated. Read more

The quality can be a little bit hit and miss. You get what you pay for. I typically place an order to get fresh pizza.

My partner was going to pick up our order, it was just starting to really rain outside, and when they got to the door to stop... inside they were hold they have to wait. Due to Covid 19 restrictions there is only 2 ppl allowed in the store. That's fine, butthere were THREE women inside who just made their orders and were waiting. When my partner asked why they were allowed to standinside, clearly over the limit and they had to wait outside? The person behind the counter told him, well they're women anddidn't want to have them standing out in the rain. By this time, the rain might as well have been filling buckets, because itwas torrential pouring down. My partner stated so because I am male presenting, I have to wait outside even though my order isready and I can see it on the counter. I can't come in for the few second it would take to tap and pay and go. Because thosewomen can't wait for their meals in their vehicles? The person behind the counter hoped he would understand, but then a Skip theDishes driver walked right in and stood inside to wait for the order they were there too collect and deliver. When my partnerfinally got inside, they were drenched. There was no cover to stand under outside so they literally stood in the rain the entiretime. The person behind the counter apologized to them but they had had enough. The patriarchal, misogynistic and gender biaswas clear. I didn't care for the treatment of my partner when clearly the rules were bent for the other 3 women. They(partner)were just trying to grab our pizza and go before the storm started. I feel horribly guilty that they had to go through that, because I had asked them to go instead of myself who wasn't wearing a bra at the time. That won't happen again. Read more

Worst service imaginable. Tried refuseing to make fresh pizza for my friend untill another customer walked in to witness the... situation. Pizza wasn't even great compared to other little caesar locations. Very little cheese with sauce overload. Aftertalking to the pizza chief on break informed we were talking to the manager. So no point in triing to complain. Read more

Arrived after walking out of Toppers, (it was filthy) and was greeted quickly by a younger fellow. Pizza was pretty good,... nothing amazing, price was fine, menu was basic and the counters and floors were clean, staff worked well as a team goingthrough the other orders. Quick and cheap! Read more

Little Caesars in New Sudbury is fantastic. But we decided to stop at this one today and what a disappointment. Not fully... cooked, super chewy, and they didnt even put in effort to cut the pizza. Had to go home to cut it myself. Read more

The pizza tasted as a frozen pizza baked. Its very lightly cooked. They never asked me if i need a well done or regular or a... lightly cooked. Taste is less than mediocre. Not to many options for selection of your choice to make a pizza. I would ratherprefer Dominos or Pizza pizza over this any day. Read more
