Food was hot and good. We didn't have to wait very long for our food. The inside was clean and not very busy. I like this... location over the Kingsway location any day, except I asked for NO CHEESE twice and still got cheese. Read more
This McDonald?s location is super slow. Waiting for 30 minutes just for a burger. Unbelievable. And my McFlurry was half cup... only. When I asked the lady, she said it always like that. I always have McFlurry in several McDonald?s,never half cup full onlyexcept this time. Really disappointed how they work. Never return. Rather to go further to others McDonald?s. Read more
This McDonald's location is the fastest growing McDonalds in Sudbury at the moment. The staff is very nice. New management... within the last few months. Clean restaurant, good food. And they've never got my breakfast order wrong before unlike some otherlocations. There are a few little things here and there that aren't quite right but they're not important enough to listbecause it's probably just my OCD talking. Anyways. Great place for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner! I know that throughoutthe day (until around 3PM) the staff on shift are extremely nice. I don't normally give bad reviews. But this place has messed up my orders so many times. Even this morning I'm missing half my... order. The customer service is rushed and I feel not welcome. Will not be returning to this location. I will pay to go toanother one. Read more
This place is a joke. I get it's minimum wage and fast-food but it should be common sense to simply give the customer their... food, not the mess associated with making it. I went through drive through to be handed my drink completely over filled and redjuice covering the entire outside of the cup. Grabbing the cup made my hand soaked. I simply showed the lady to be handednapkins. With my arm fully extended to hand her back the drink to be cleaned or double cupped, she simply handed me napkinssaying here you go. I am tired of being handed messy drinks to constantly having to buy cleaner to get these sticky messes out.So I refused the napkins and asked for it to be cleaned or double cupped, with the stack of napkins the lady proceeded to simplywipe off the side closest to her and say these words exactly "it is clean". I laughed and put the cup on the counter anddemanded now that it will be double cupped. She refused for two more attempts for me to get this mess sorted, after all thisattitude and clear disrespect and ignorance for the customer, I went inside to talk to the manager which just insisted on givingme a new drink and carry on. As I stated, I am tired of the constant mess in my car due to getting messy drinks so I stated tothe manager that this is not drive through customers should be treated, and the manager laughed at me. She literally broke eyecontact and laughed. I left after she said she can just replace the drink. I don't know where common sense is going, but I'mfreaking scared. I get it's $15 an hour, but if you can't do it then give your job to someone that actually needs it. Read more
