My mother loves Mr. Sub and this is the only one in town that hasn't gone out of business. As it's a pain to go into the mall... and get it, we don't go very often. For my mother's birthday I thought I would get some and surprise her. I was equallysurprised to drive 20 minutes and show up at 4pm on a Friday and it was closed, lights off, nobody there, no sign. Absolutelyawful. Why bother having a store when you can't keep it open? Especially in the worst location ever. Read more

Ask for toasted subs, they come not toasted. Ask for pizza sub... no sauce on sub. I only gave 2 stars because I usually enjoy... mr sub. This particular one though. Read more

My experience has been a positive one. A friend of mine has employment experience here. She has mentioned several times how its... one of the most positive experiences that he/she has had when it comes to very fair and good management. I believe that this isimportant to put out there; if managment is good and fair to the employee hen the experience will be good from the employee tothe customer. Read more

I went there for the second time. As my first experience wasn't ideal. Both time Lack of service. Waited 10 min to have a... person come to the counter. No one in sight. The bread was old. Made sure both time to ask for fresh and both time I was told itwas. Not a good experience. Read more

If all the employees would be has nice has the lady employee Ive met I would give it a 5 but unfortunetly 1 rotten apple ruin it... for all. This employee likes to close an hour before closing time. You can just up and leave whenever you feel like it!!! Read more

April 10th 2018 @ 12:00pm I don't usally eat here on my lunch break, but I was very impressed with the service I received. The... girl at the counter had such a positive attitude and was super friendly. She was trying her hardest to make sure she met myconsumer needs. This has been the best eating out experience I had in a while. Management should be very proud to have her as anenployee. I will be coming here more often. Wish there was an option to put an infititve amount of stars!!!! Read more
