i wish i can give below this rating, The staff is so unproffesional that i called them standing outside of store, just to see if... they pick up call or not, neither it was busy, no one answers call and staff members were busy talking nd phone was ringingright infront of them , 4-5 of them and no one picked call. it happened for multiple times and soon i will be giving proofs too,this place is very good but staff members are not trained at all , no one gives damn about customer service, if food is bad thtis different matter, i wont write review for that, bcz things happns but not attending calls, and ignoring customers ? is itgood business ? remember if one day customers start ignoring you guys your business will fall. This place used to be a goto. Now it just is really bad. Tailed off so fast. The portions are a third of what they used to be.... The staff looks lost and confused. Very large line. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Chicken Shawarma was delicious, probably the best one I have ever tasted. I didn't really... like the fries, but I didn't go there for their fries. Definitely recommend and absolutely would go back. Read more
