What in the love of Pizza is so hard about putting toppings on some pizza dough, throwing it in the oven and cutting it up? It... literally does not get any easier than that.. Especially at the price of over $30 a pizza. Edward scissor hands could've done abetter job! And this doesn't even show the whole pizza, or my other pizza that was still doughy. Went to the new express takeout pizza hut in the valley. I had a great experience. Excellent customer service. Very fast... turn around time. This isn't the same pizza hut as the dine in and it is definitely worth a try again. Read more
Ordered over phone @ 330 for 5:15 pickup. Pizza was 25 min late. Orders were wrong. Cheese was overcooked and missing on a... majority of the pizza. Pizza were overly oily. Will not order here again. Probably the worst pizza hut we have everhad...ever. Read more
This Pizza Hut location has stepped up. Great service and great Pizza & boneless wings. I've ordered here a few times in the... last few months or so and have been nothing but impressed from getting the food delivered faster than what was quoted online tothe food being excellent. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut!!!! Their coupons are also Great!!! Read more
I normally don't give bad reviews based on one experience. And when it comes to this particular Pizza Hut location, I've had now... multiple bad experiences. There definitely needs to be new management of this location. I love Pizza Hut products, however thecustomer service at this particular location is horrendous. I'm not exaggerating but every single time I go into this locationyou are pretty much responsible for getting up and going to the counter if you need refills, napkins, Etc. I was told 20 minutesfor my order I got it in just under an hour. Completely unacceptable. I have given this location multiple chances to redeemthemselves, and every time they have failed. So you pay for extra cheese, and you get hardly any cheese. Should gave known when I picked up the pizza and it was feather... light for $35. Won't make the same mistake again. Read more
