I never leave reviews but I have have also never been stolen from by a restaurant until now. On the 21st of September I ordered... online from this location totalling $49. I ordered for delivery and after I ordered I noticed my order said pickup. I calledPizza Hut customer service centre and was told because they don?t deliver to my location (copper cliff) it switched to pickup atcheckout. I was unable to pick it up so I canceled my order. I received a call from the location where my order was placed(loaches Road) where the woman on the phone asked for confirmation that I was cancelling the order which I provided. I was toldI would receive my refund within 15 business days. I waited, and when I didn?t receive it within that time period, my husbandcalled the restaurant to see why there was a delay on my refund, and was told by the male associate that he would ?look into theorder and call back?. He promised he would and never did. My husband said unfortunately we would probably never see that $49again. We are a family of 4. We have 2 under 2 and are living on 1 persons salary. I used to love Pizza Hut and now I can say Iwill never order from there again. Read more
i orderd from here many times for delivery was regular , but now out of no where they dont seem to take cash at the door anymore... , you have to pay online befor you even get the order just crazy , lost a regular customer over this i only pay cash at door Read more
My husband and I went to pizza hut for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. And we were very upset that it has been turned into what... seems to be a fast food restaurant. We need to order ahead and our food came in take out containers with plastic forks and paperplates. Also to add I ordered a salad and quite a bit of the lettuce had gone bad (see photo). We will never be returning afterseeing what this establishment has become. Read more

Awful service, driver only had 9 dollars in change on hand?? Ended up paying extra for a late pizza that was missing 2... toppings!! Employee said driver would be back with change but never came. The manager apparently made the pizza so beware ofwhatever the other staff give you lol. If you can?t read a simple order you can?t work at a pizza place, honestly amazed. Not tomention being left on hold 7 minutes after leaving a complaint, really shows your effort guys ???? Read more
I ordered a Stuffed Crust Hawaiian Pizza tonight, and the crust had tiny pieces of black round plastic cooked into it and pieces... of plastic were found at the bottom of the box. I put the pieces of plastic in a small bag as proof. However, this review is notgiving me the option to upload the photos and show how hazardous this pizza was. Never ordering from here again.
