Ordered the box special, 2 medium pizzas and garlic bread with cheese. In special instructions, expressly stated "ring the... doorbell". Almost an hour later, I look outside, there's my order on my snowy, concrete step in -12C temperature. There was noknock (I have a dog, I'd know), and no doorbell. Thanks for the cold food! Great food. However watch your receipts the store rounds to the nearest nickel on ALL transactions not just cash. Which goes... directly against Canadian Financial Laws When questioned why a shift supervisor said " it's only a few cents what's the bigdeal " I've reported them to Visa mastercard and interac. Extremely rude person that answers the phone all the time. I think it?s a guy. But I canned because 1 hour and 30 minutes later... I still didn?t have the pizza i ordered. So I call and o say hey, i still haven?t received my pizza, he says it will be theresoon. Ok great. I hang up. 30 mins later I call back because now this is just rediculous and he answers the phone again. I saidit?s still not here. He said it will be there soon while huffing and puffing. I said that?s what you said the last time?well hisresponse, ? ya well whatever it will be there soon. Yep yep yep ok yep bye? and then hangs up on me!!! So I call back to speakto a manager and the won?t answer the phone. Owners need some better staff. This guy either needs learn to handle customerservice or get a different job. They currently have a wide variety of excellent desserts especially mini cinnabons. It tested hurreable .

Could have been better. Everything was over cooked and little too browned.... otherwise customer service was amazing. Decent... amount of seating area....albeit not as comfortable. A/C was on blast.... those chairs were Cold! Read more
