We arrived at this restaurant at 6pm . Service was extremely slow. We were 4 adults and one toddler. At 7: 10 the toddler an Mom... left as the toddler was just tired of waiting. Service was slow for getting our drinks and we finally received our meal after1hr and 25 minutes. Food was okay and when we were almost done our meal our waitress asked if we wanted another drink. We are from out of town and ate at this location 4 years ago and food and service was excellent. ,so this time when we returned... to Sudbury with family we went to St Louis . Service and wait was extremely slow . We had a small child with us and after morethan an hour wait the child and his mother left to go back to motel and we had to get there food in take out but by that timechild had fallen asleep . The restaurant was not that busy but they claimed long wait was due to large skip dished orders,should the people sitting in your restaurant not be top priority before take out . They finally gave us a gift certificate forfree wings but we are from out of town and certificate said only good at sudbury location so of no use to us . We have been toSt Louis locations many times not sure if we will go back or ever recommend it to family or friends again . Read more

I've ordered from this restaurant on multiple occasions. During my first couple experiences the food was absolutely delicious.... Over time, the food took a drastic turn for the worst. Food was missing items, items were poorly put together, food was cold,etc. I called and asked to speak with management. Management gave me a credit. I ordered with them using that credit, only tohave the order messed up again. I called the store only to get hung up on. Tried calling back only to get ignored. It's just my luck that I didn't get the chili lime I ordered from St Louis both today (in Sudbury) and yesterday (in Toronto). ... However, tonight, I simply asked the server about it and with one look (picture with sweet honey like sauce), she was able totell that the order sent from the kitchen wasn't right and got me the correct one within minutes (picture with chili flakes)! Ican understand that people may make mistakes, but thanks for making it right!! The experience yesterday at another location wascompletely the opposite and even the manager insisted that they didn't make any mistake AND that the sauce should be a brightCREAMY orange. The food here is quite fresh, but the patio is poorly situated in terms of wind. They have patio umbrellas and warmers, but... didn?t run them during the day despite the freezing wind. I was disappointed by that lack of action. Otherwise, the team memberthat took care of me was relaxed and fantastic at small talk. I would like to return here once their indoor is open. Read more
