I have been to a lot of Subways in the City but I find the one at Lasalle and Diane St is by far the most friendly one and the... freshest one I get the same sub all the time. I have gone to another one and will never go back there not only was the staffrude the sandwich I got at the end of the day was not all that fresh. I always order the cold cut. Read more
Sandwiches are great but cashier charged me for extra cheese when I never ordered extra. He then proceeded to argue with me... saying he and everyone else heard me say it. He ended up giving me back change for the "extra cheese" to get me out of the way,but the whole experience was less than enjoyable. Read more
Very bad experience. I went there for the first time in my life i took the foot-long veggie patti sub. And the bread was not... fresh it was very hard when i took a bite out of it. And the sub was really chewy. So, basically the bread was very old. Willnever go there again. Read more
I?ve been here many times and the staff is always friendly and pleasant to deal with and very willing and eager to serve its... customers. In front of the store and inside the door are always very clean and tidy as well as the washrooms are always cleanand spotless. We will be returning again! Read more
Ur staff was vary rude & would not do are subs as asked, gave my twins a vary hard time because I & my twins wanted extra veg's... on are sub. Always had great service before, but this young lady shouldn't be working there, way to rude & unpleasant person. Read more
Went there 3 minutes before closing. Once I noticed it was do close to closing and everything was cleaned and put away I... apologized and said I'd return another night. The young lad stopped me and assured me it was no trouble and he'd be happy tomake me smth. I felt guilty but he insisted.. He took everything he needed back out and served me without even hinting it was ahassle. Now THATS how you treat customers. I'll now drive out of my way to go to that location from now on. Read more
As someone who travels a lot and eats Subway in almost every city I go to across Canada I can honestly say this was the best sub... I have ever had from Subway. The lady who made it for me was super friendly, very fast and she didn't cheap out on anything.What was a really long hard day of driving just got a little bit better because I've never had a sub made more perfect. I wish Ihad gotten her name because this woman deserves a raise. Read more
