Today isn?t the first time I?ve received terrible service in Drive-Thru but it is the last time as this location is being... avoided by me and my family moving forward. I?ve been a long time 30 year regular here and have seen many turn over here.. butas of late, the hiring has been terrible and service has been atrocious. We pulled up to the window at no point did the ladyeven look at us. She just gave us the machine without even checking how we were paying. We were paying with cash and needed ourTim card scanned. She turns to see the card, and still hasn?t made eye contact with us. Scans the card and tells us we have afree coffee while talking with her back to us. We were waiting to hand her a tip with our hand out the window while she wastalking away with her coworker with my coffee in her hand? still not acknowledging us. So we threw the tip on the drive throughcounter as we were tired of holding out our hand waiting to even be acknowledged. To which she comes out and finally hands ourcoffee over and has the audacity to tell us we need to hand the tips in her hand. We lost our cool at that point because wehadn?t even been acknowledged or even looked at? Absolutely made a scene and went inside to further speak with management whilethe drive thru staff here laughing at us and yelling over the counter. Never returning there, location needs to be shut down andreopened with new staff before these terrible workers run down the business. Read more

August 5th 4:30 pm That was by far the best loaded wrap I?ve ordered from any Tim?s. Staff are okay. Just a little slow but I... wasn?t in a rush! Cleanliness should be a little better though. Garbage bags all 3 full to the brim and many tables are dirtywith crumbs and napkins. Really should work on that Read more
Watched a mother and her small child get scolded by a woman and her husband for asking employees if they were taking orders... through drive-thru, because nobody had taken her order in 10 minutes. Watched her get flat out ignored by your employees, andhad to keep asking while still being ignored by like 5 employees. Finally your customer started scolding her infront of herchild because she said yous were catering to her order and to shut up. Even though there were at least 5 employees back there.No employees did a single thing, just watched. It was a bit much and I do have the whole thing on video as I sat in the corner,which I will happily pass over to a manager. Looked as though an unemployed woman scolding an exhausted working mom, in clearwork clothes, with her son. Was sad to watch. And gas is expensive, so I would have been asking too. Karen would have gotten alot more than a smile and comment from me. Entitled middle aged women are making life miserable for some, and are sadly raisinglittle clones. Read more
The best Tim Hortons I have ever been. People are nice and friendly, very positive and great serving passions! That?s the reason... I gave it 5 stars! For the food quality are mostly good, but need to be careful about don?t serve the cold tea! Read more
My coffee's always made right here. Drive-thru is a little slow but that depends what time you go. If you're going first thing... in the morning or at lunch, there's going to be a little bit of a wait. Read more
