The quality of this place has gone downhill. Probably the worst Tim's I've ever been to.

Every time I come here there is always problems from being very slow, to them running out products. Imagine being open for an... hour and a half and the soups not ready but the Chilli is. The place is only good for coffee at best. Read more

The man taking orders was extremely rude and had zero patience . As a former Tims worker I can tell that the drink made by this... man was made horribly incorrect. It?s hard to mix up lemonade and water but somehow this man achieved that. I do not recommend. Read more

always screw up the order, few proper customer service reps that have people skills. Majority of staff rush and make tons of... order mistakes, seem abrupt and annoyed when talking to you. Definitely the worst in town by far. Good if you order just 1 thingat a time. Granted I did drive thru at 6:30am. Read more

My sister-in-law bought Crossant and Capachino yesterday around noon. A young boy served her. When she brought it to us in the... Food Court, Crossant was cold and Capachino had no sugar in it. We went and asked him to heat up Crossant, he just went tocorner and brought it back. He gave one sugar. He didn't heat up Crossant, and was very rude, saying next time you better askthese things at the time of order. How would we know that he would give cold Crossant? He behaved this way just because we werenon-white. This is totally unacceptable. Read more
