Don?t come here unless you have an hour to kill waiting for food. We got our table, got drinks and menu, finally ordered after... 10 minute wait, and then we waited 45 minutes for our food?..and 30 minute wait for a coffee refill. As a Chef myself I can say without any doubt, that this is the place to be for a great breakfast experience. The staff here know... how to delivery that host/hostess class with the customer. Our food was delivered in a timely fashion, it came hot and ready.The restaurant is clean as are the washrooms. Service was good, Ethan served us. Food was good, but the washrooms were horrible. They hadn?t been cleaned in 3 days. If the... bathrooms are neglected then it makes you question how clean the kitchen is. As a previous restaurant owner, attention tocleanliness is a must no matter if it?s a bathroom or a kitchen. Came in around 1120am place was somewhat busy. Waited for about 5 minutes to be seated. Table was cleaned haphazardly by our... host. Waited 15 minutes to be spoken to. Received coffee and waited another 15 minutes to order. As a customer I felt largelyinvisible and ignored. Finally got our meal- quality was there but waited another 5 minutes for cutlery. Generally I noticedstaff were slow and not on their game with majority of serving tables or bussing them. Couple staff were simply wandering, theyseemed to be avoiding each other? Went with my parents. Jessica was so professional and kind and offered to replace small things we didn't even notice. She was... also generous enough to use my mom's phone to take a picture of us.
