Not a soul but us in the drive thru and they still forgot and charged me extra for mashed potatoes...annoying
Ordered drive thru, yet again disappointed. Always something. This time portion. Before attitude. Previously missing items.
Located KFC on ridge rd west Greece ny, very clean parking lot ???? Very polite and helpful counter help. The interior of the... building was clean and organized ???? My food arrived fast and hot in a nice package. Thank you for the cooks and counter peoplefor a great experience and giving me a smile. Went home and the family was very pleased with the food ???? I?ve had bad experiences with this KFC almost every time i have gone within the past year. Almost every time something is wrong,... and when I go through again to let them know, the manager (heavier, older woman) is very rude and argumentative. I have tried tofile a complaint about her specifically, but that resulted in her calling me and telling me that ?none of her staff is likethat? when its her thats the issue. I went there tonight on my way home from work and ordered a large fries. What i got was nota full large fries, as well as tons of chicken bits mixed into it. I also had to go back through because they forgot my sauces(which i paid for) but i unfortunately didn?t notice the fries until i was already home. I tried to call, but received noanswer. The customer support here literally doesn?t exist. They don?t do anything to fix an issue they create, and get mad atyou for asking them to do so. All they do is say ?sorry about that? on reviews, or tell me I?m wrong in person or over thephone. Really want to keep coming here cuz it?s the only KFC close by, but that manager (that everyone keeps complaining aboutin the reviews) makes it a horrible experience. Read more
I went through the drive thru and ordered a 2 piece combo with mashed potatoes with gravy. Then also ordered a 3 piece tender... meal with mashed potatoes with NO gravy. We?ll both mashed potatoes had no gravy and they gave us 2 two piece combo meals.Luckily I checked and went in to tell them. We?ll the manager was so rude and argued with me. I told her we got 2 two piececombos and no 3 piece tenders. She kept arguing with me instead of agreeing to change. Then finally took back the 1 two piecemeal and got me a 3 piece tender meal. And was making rude comments to other workers there in front of me. I tried to be nicebut she was not. Very sad the manger showed her workers the wrong way to treat someone. Hope they didn?t give the 2 piece shetook back to someone else after she touched it. The right thing would have been to let the customer keep it and give them 3piece tenders and apologize for the mistake.. Read more
I have in the past had a great experience with Greece KFC and what I consider the best KFC in the entire area. The food has... always been great and the service has been too. That is until today. I went through the drive through and as usual I tried toplace my order. I had an extremely difficult time hearing the attendant because there was music blasting in the background. Ialso had difficulty ordering because of to this, as well. I finally got to the window and I spoke with the staff person about myexperience. My concern was met with an extremely disrespectful response. I got my food and left. Because of my numerous positiveexperiences my first response was to continue to return there in the future. My thought was to inform the manager so thiswouldn't happen again either to me or any other customer. Long story short, this guy was the manager! Never returning to thisplace again. Read more
I actually would've gave this location 5 stars????? but the customer service has been going down hill. The food is not as fresh... as it once was and sometimes they forget to give your cookie in the $5 dollar box (not good) My kids love the pot pies andchicken strips from here. They have always loved coming to this location for years???? The drive thru is always fast, which iswhy I did give 4 stars.???? Hopefully I can change that 4 into a 5 real soon... as it should be????
