The Longhorn reasurant is located on West Ridge rd. The parking lot is clean and lots of parking. Walking in to the reasurant I... noticed that they were really busy but still had time to say hello and get my name. We went to the bar to wait and I had a fewbeers waiting The employee at the door told us that they were under staffed and it would be a while before they called me to thetable. I had waited for 40 minutes and I asked the bar tender if we can eat at bar and we ordered right there. They had ourfood out In know time. It was worth the wait because the food was delicious and large portions. Enough to take half home forlunch. Great job keeping me having fun and filling my belly. I usually come here once a week and they never disappoint. My steak is always done to perfection. The wild west shrimp are my... favorite appetizer. Staff is very polite as well. I ordered a to go and got a sirloin cooked medium with shrimp over rice, side sweet potato & side salad .. everything was sooo... good & cooked to perfection. My food was hot, flavorful and good portion for the price I paid. I?ve been so disappointed withordering out lately from other restaurants as it seems like everything has gone down hill so I wasn?t expecting nothing greatbut I?m glad I decided to order from Longhorn tonight I will definitely be back! First off the 4 stars are for Cara!!! Our wonderful server! Out of all the years we came here I can say Cara has been the best... server we ever had!
