My wife and I stopped into Panera for lunch today. Not too crowded. Counter service was good. Friendly and competent. Our order... came out correct. Her Napa Chicken Salad was good, but thin. My spicy chicken breast sandwich and cream of chicken soup weregood. We both had Iced Coffee, which was fine. Good quality and service as usual. Read more
Very delicious, fresh, consistency on flavors of breads, pastries. Haven't had lunch or dinner yet. But, it seems I won't be... disappointed. Staff busy but attentive, also clean environment. Read more
Had lunch there today... Turkey, bacon, cheese sandwich on some different bread. Maybe with tomato and other flavors in the... bread. Wasn't a fan of the bread flavor, but that's me. Wish they could crisp up the bacon.. It's was cold and very rubbery.. Ihad to pull most of it out cause it wasn't chewable. Read more
Update: got a response from customer care trying to make it right. Will give this location another shot in the future. Webster... location has been solid. OP: No chicken (amongst other missing toppings) on our $13 a piece salads. Ordered takeout online anddidn't realize until I got home. Messaged customer care and didn't get a response. I'm even part of their membership program.Very disappointing. Their new chicken sandwiches are the barely the size of my fist for over $10 also. Read more
I was looking forward to trying the new chicken sandwich but when I got it the lettuce looked like it had either been frozen or... rotten, see picture. It was very dry, not hardly any aoli sauce on it. I was very disappointed. Read more
I ordered the chicken ceasar salad, & just picked it up. Not only is it half full, but it only has 2 pieces of chicken on it!... I've never experienced this at Panera Bread till now, & I'm greatly disappointed. It makes me want to take back my tip (willthink twice before tipping the staff again here - they shouldn't sell this to a customer), & ask for a refund! What a rip off!Adding the dressing just made it shrink even smaller! Panera is supposed to be fresh! This romaine is so wilted, that it makesthis half full salad look even less! Only decaf coffee and it was cold. Finally got regular after they made it. Soup was cold, had to microwave it myself once I... found the micro hidden under the coffee bar. Never offered a meal upgrade or choice of sides. Chicken salad was tasteless. Thiscafe used to be good but not the last few visits. Had to interrupt workers conversation to get help. Read more
