I love this Starbucks !!! Yesterday I did an order ahead and I ordered the wrong thing (not thinking - baby brain!) the barista... made me a new beverage without question - even though I goofed up my own order!! Every time I go in , I get a nice greeting fromthe Baristas who work there!! Every staff member is polite and goes out of their way to help!! It amazes me how fast andefficient they work considering they are the only Starbucks open in Greece right now !! Well done Baristas !!! Keep up the greatwork !!! Read more
In the past, I would have given this Starbucks five stars, but lately I?ve been disappointed. Just like many other Starbucks in... the area, they disable order ahead when they get busy. I get it, the drive-thru line is out to the street. This isunderstandable, but it?s not acceptable to get in-person orders wrong. I?m not asking for seven customizations on mydrinks. The last two times I?ve ordered here, something got messed up. On my previous order, I ordered a grande nitro coldbrew, but instead, I received a regular cold brew, which has ice in it. I was in a rush, so I just took it and left. Today, Iordered a grande nitro cold brew again and asked to use my free drink coupon. I have the Starbucks credit card and get a freedrink every month on top of the stars I collect. I checked the app later and noticed the cashier used my stars. It?s not a bigdeal, but the stars don?t expire and the free drink does. I?m not here to knock on this particular Starbucks. They haveconvenient hours, its clean and well-kept, and is in a good location, but if you?re going to take away the customer?s ability toplace their order ahead (correctly), the least you can do is listen and get the order right. Can I just say this Starbucks was so slammed by customers but the way they moved and made sure everyone had their stuff on time... and right was so amazing to watch I have never seen it so busy but due to both greece Starbucks being closed due to renovationsthey happily rose to the challenge and killed it!!! Fast and friendly service at this very busy location. Quality of the beverage was outstanding. Iced Almond Milk Expresso is... always worth the trip. Dining area, even though it is temporarily unavailable doesn't look professional. Read more
