Came In late afternoon with my boyfriend to get a drink . 2 cars in the drive through and one couple sitting inside . Was told... by the girl to ?give her a minute? even though she wasn?t doing anything very clearly but ok. Waited over 7 minutes order wasnever taken we just walked out . yet she kept looking over at us . But I mean these workers get paid 17$ plus to do nothing so Iguess This is reality . Read more
I go to this one regularly and the Ridge Rd location, quite honestly save your trip to this one. They are guaranteed to get you... order wrong. Had to tell the girl at the check out 3 times what my order was when I got to the window. Unfortunately she arguedwith me that the medium iced coffee she was trying to pass me was a large, until another co-worker confirmed she waswrong. Then I received the completely wrong bagel (received a sandwich instead of just a toasted bagel) and went back tocorrect it but was told my order was correct. the creamer is always bad here. this happened 4 times as of lately and now I refuse to go back. I Have also received mold on my... english muffins and wraps in the past. I was not going to leave a review.. but seeing how this has happened MULTIPLE times,people should know. that's disgusting, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for handing food out like that. i've alsowitnessed them belittle and be rude to their own employees from the drive through window. Quick, accurate service. Just wish they had a covering for when it's raining.
Despite Tim Hortons being a very left leaning coffee place from Canada, I love them. I know they are very LGBTQ+ friendly, but... their coffee tastes perfect for the price. The women who work here have been very kind to me and patient enough to listen to myproblems. It's almost therapeutic going here for a coffee. Came in for a breakfast sandwich since the drive thru had a significant line. I ordered, and waited 40 mins inside for my... sandwich. I don't mind being patient, but this was pretty ridiculous. They staff move like snails and aren't managing stationswell. There's just complete disarray and lack of fluid management. Some goals and team based training may do this place somegood. Never going here again. Doesn't seem like somewhere that is run well so I'm assuming it's not taken care of well, either.Also, a woman came in on 3 different occasions because they kept messing up her sandwich. I understand shorthandedness. I am very patient and forgiving. There were at least six people behind the counter so I'm not too... sure how short handed they were, but when a customer waits 25+ minutes, you need to acknowledge it. Apologize and make it right.Forget going above and beyond, they didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE IT. No one knows what they're doing in there. No one manages. Emoyeewas complainig about the manager (rightfully so) and then when she left the managers spoke badly about her. Grosslyunprofessional, I do not recommend visiting this location. Read more
They are so fast in the morning! With a full drive-thru it only took me 4 minutes to get my meal and drink. Everyone is always... friendly and orders are always correct. Don?t waste your time at the slow dunkin across the street. Read more
