Ordered plain burger onions only. First burger came with cheese and other toppings. Returned burger to cashier and requested... new burger. Second burger had cheese on it I tried to eat it but it was ice cold . Back at the counter I requested a refundand the manager tried to make me eat a new burger. I politely requested a refund again for the incorrect order Managerliterally complained about the refund and berated her employee in front me. I found her behavior unacceptable and rude. Read more

It may be faster than the one on ridge rd but the girl cleaning the floors tonight with red hair in a small bun was... disrespectful when handing out orders and never washed her hands in-between cleaning the floors and then preparing orders. Won'tbe back. Read more
Got the grilled chicken deluxe meal over my usual fried for the first time. I was so disappointed. It was just thrown together... and the "fresh fries" were "fresh grease"????..will not be ordering that again. Read more
5-star review for the crew they have there now! The cashier was so nice, very warm & friendly, not just to me but every customer... she handled.. the person that brought my food over had that same energy & I love it! My food was on point too! Yeah prices wentup everywhere but when they come with 5-star service like this... no complaints here! Read more
I ordered food and ate it. With in four hours I was deathly ill. I spent 15 hours puking stomach bile and evacuating slime out... of my rectum. I called to ask the lady if there were any orher illness reported and she hung up on me. I would be very carefullbecause what I went through due to their negligence is un acceptable. Read more
