8/15 Messed up order and young employee tried to argue they personally packed it, so it was for sure correct. Working in... customer service for over 4 years, any chain would have offered an apology, happily remade the whole order, and refundedpayment. She could have asked for the receipt, made what she missed and went on with her life but she decided to argue. Clearly,they aren?t teaching people how to be respectful or the ?customer comes first? mindset at this location. Very disappointed innot only the chain, but also her parents. :) Read more

Decent fast food but to expensive. Everytime I go they have me park and I have to wait for my food, I get sometimes but I've... only been there twice and it's been both times. The first time I had to call inside because they forgot about me. The staff isfriendly though. Read more
I was quite disappointed. First of all, there's no signpost heralding A & W at this location. There was a KFC signpost, but we... weren't looking for KFC, so we kept driving. Eventually, we realize that A & W shares a building with KFC. Also, I had the chilicheese dog. It was small and overcooked, and I was not a big fan of the chili. We came here because my dad's memories of A & Wwe're very high. He says it's nothing like the A&W he grew up frequenting in Sterling Colorado. He did like their strawberrymilkshake a lot. Read more
Ordered from the drive thru and was asked to pull ahead and wait out front for my meal. I was informed that it would be around a... 5 minute wait yet sat there for over 12 minutes in addition to the time spent at the drive thru window. In that entire time onesingle car entered and exited the drive thru while the entire restaurant was empty of customers, so I am not exactly sure howthey managed to forget to fulfill my order. If they had not for some reason forgotten about it, then at any point passed the2.5x expected wait at least sending someone out to explain the extended delay would've been the most basic of courtesies.
