We found this place in a search for Asian restaurants in Greeley as we were headed to the stampede. We decided to try the... hibachi. When we went, the restaurant was relatively empty. There was a couple we sat with that said it was unusually empty.Even the chef and the gentleman who cleaned the grill said it is unusual. On normal days, there is a long line to get a seat forthe hibachi. There are 8 grills in the room and plenty of seating. I ordered a Long Island Ice Tea. Oftentimes I have had themwhere the bartender didn't make it right. But, if you look at the picture, it certainly looks correct, and the taste confirmedit as well. Very well made, correct measurements, just enough cola. The chef was very entertaining! He interacted with thelittle ones well. For wife and I, as well as the gentleman we were sitter near with his family, the chef had a bottle of sakewhere he squeezed a stream of it into our mouths. He also did a vegetable flip from his spatula into our mouths. Of course theperson it is going to actually has to make the effort to catch it. The food itself was delicious! I don't live near Greeley, butI would make the trip here again easily just to eat here again. This place is great! I cannot recommend it enough. Read more

Always passed by but today was the day. I seen the site online and was excited. I went inside and wow very nice decoration and... lighting along with comfy seating and fresh air. As I was looking at the menu I was surprised with so many choices I made myselection in pictures. Everything tasted amazing I recommend if you get a chance try it out. Thanks -CY Read more
Great ambiance! Great wait staff! Very clean! AMAZING FOOD ????! Sushi ????, appetizers (tempura veggies), entrees (chicken lo... mein, king pow triple something), DRINKS (ambrosia punch or something), dessert ????….ALL of it was amazing! It’s been ALOOOOONNGGG time since I’ve been to a restaurant and EVERYTHING was good, and it really felt like they cared about trueproduct they put out. Very satisfied customers here! Read more
I absolutely love this place. This is by far my favorite Asian food around. I loved it long before they did the remodel, then... they added Hibachi, and changed the game completely. So for starters, the atmosphere is awesome. It's super clean, updated,comfortable and welcoming. I just love walking into restaurants and before you even get inside, you just know you're gonna lovebeing there. Second, the staff. Every time I have been there, they have been wonderful and attentive and very knowledgeableabout their menu. With that, the food. Oh my the food is fantastic. I think what sets them apart is how high quality and freshthe food is. From their basic kitchen plates to their sushi, to their Hibachi (which is in its own category). Everything is verywell presented and made very well and brought to you as ordered (hot, cold, cooked etc). Now the Hibachi experience. I have donethis a few times now and have absolutely loved it each time. Going back to the staff, huge props for the table chefs. They arehighly experienced, super fun, and also love what they do. That's what makes Hibachi right?! The chef. Aside from that, theyalways cook the food perfectly, put on a great show and leave the table with everyone smiling and satisfied. My oldest loves itso much, it's his new birthday celebration dinner spot. All in all, if you love sushi, asian bistro, Hibachi and all that alongthose lines, do yourself a huge favor and go to here. We got takeout from Ambrosia. This was our first time here. The interior is really impressive and looks like a great place to go... for a date. The sushi rolls were tasty, probably the best quality sushi in Greeley. The wonton soup was ok but we added salt andwas better, more flavorful. I didn't try the fried dumplings. Husband ate them all, said they were ok. We'll come back when wehave another craving for Asian food. Read more
Had a wonderful lunch! Crystal rolls were exceptional. Loved the Drunken Noodles and Mongolian Beef. Yummy dessert as well!
