They need to invest time and effort in really training their employees. I asked for a large chocolate malt hoping to get a deep... chocolate experience with a thick texture. It tasted and felt like a watery chocolate milk. They really ruin the experience ofwanting to have a classic American malt. Worst Baskin-Robbins ever. Read more
Run don't walk to dairy queen! Total waste of money for a tiny ice cream
We were looking forward to delicious ice cream and they locked the doors 30 min before closing. Very disappointing experience.
I called Tuesday Sept. 14 about 6pm to place a specific order to pick up Friday Sept. 17th for my daughters mermaid theme... birthday party. I got to the store to pick up my order time and day I said I would and there was no order. Very frustrating. Iusually go to Dairy Queen but thought I?d give this store a try. Very disappointed. Good selection of ice cream, lots of very good flavors to chose from. Store was very clean, and the servers were very friendly,... helpful, and quick. I liked that you can chose serveral styles of edible bowls and cones. I especially appreciate that my kidswere not treated like there was a rush to make a selection, the servers were patient and accommodated their questions. Adequateseating indoors and on the patio. Rarely visit Baskin-Robbins due to it not being near by. Excited about the new U.S.S. Butterscotch sundae promo for Stranger... Things, we made the trip. To start things off they were out of the first four flavors we wanted. Second, we were just given 3scoops of ice cream in a bowl, no banana, no whipped cream, no sauce, no waffle cone pieces and to top it off no cherries on the"sundae". Employees were at least friendly but in obvious need of training for promotional items. Due to poor order planning andfailure to understand promo items this completely falls on the management team. Ordered thru doordash 1 triple dip ice cream and a banana split. Well when I got it my triple dip was half full looked like two... half scoops and missing a scoop of icecream tons of strawberry's that were not requested!!!
