We do like Blackjack pizza. It's one of the better pizza places in Greeley. Service on pickup can sometimes be a little bit... slow. Do NOT order your buffalo chicken bites well done! That's a surefire way to have your pizza getting cold waiting for thechicken, and then have the staff act like it's your fault because you wanted them crispy. It's ok, lesson learned on that one! We frequent BlackJack often, but both our pizzas were raw today. When we called we were told that most customers like it that... way and to ask for it well done next time?! Umm. Okay... not sure who likes raw pizza. Also, the workers were joking aboutthrowing pizzas on the floor and each other's heads and one commented/joked to my 5 year old he could throw it on her head...pretty unprofessional. Read more
Have always had a great experience with ordering from Blackjack! Delivery is always quick! I wish the App was user friendly.... But it doesn't matter when you can call and get the same online deals, if not better! Read more

We went in and got 4 large pizzas. After getting home we found that 1 of the orders was wrong but we made do. Come to find out... in that same pizza, there was a blonde hair in it. None of us have blonde hair. Absolutely upsetting and disgusting. Read more
I love the pizza here and order fairly frequently for delivery, however my last two delivery?s someone has confused Kalamata... olives for black olives. I under stand they look similar but they are in fact now the same!! Please learn the difference. Thepizza is so briny it?s extremely difficult to eat. Read more
We called at 8:29 on 6/15 they said it would take 20 min. We come to pick up our pizza and they say it?ll be 5 more minutes.... Okay we wait 5 more min go back in and they never started our pizzas ? And 7 more minutes now we?ve been waiting in the parkinglot for over an hour. This is beyond ridiculous? How do you take an order over the phone and then somehow you forget to make it? I?ve now watched about 5 people walk out with their pizzas. They don?t seem to care they they never made our pizza. Isn?tpizza supposed to be fast lol ? This experience was horrible. Update: blackjack on west 10th helped us out with a refund forour experience. They were very apologetic. We were put first in the situation which is amazing customer service. We understandthe situation may be difficult at times but we appreciate the hospitality. We plan on returning when in need for our pizzacraving. Thank you for turning our experience around. Read more
