Food here lately is bad! Ordered the fresh guac and it was half a avacado and about a cup of pico for 10$. Called and placed a... order for flatas and taquitos not the meals!!!! My husband and I really like the food. The Crispy Chili Relleno is the best in town. IMHO. Beans and Spanish rice are excellent... as well. Pozole is a favorite of mine and extremely hard to find in Northern Colorado. The restaurant very clean and you canliterally see into the kitchen area and it's always clean as you walk to the back door patio to enjoy outdoor eating, a pond andpark. Someone recommended ths nasty place to my son. We will not evr get any food from ths place agn. The manager was rude & there was... NO meat in my soup, it was bland & nothing but plain water w/color in it. The frkn tortillas tasted like they took it straightout of the pack & put it on the foil. These people out here need to go to Tx to knw how to really cook & make their customershappy wanting to go bck for more but no, all we've noticed is tht it's all about the $ out here... very sad!! In a this post-COVID time when we must accept mediocre service and sometimes even bad service, it is an absolute breath of fresh... air when you have lunch at a place like Cazadores and receive TOP quality service. Our waitress and the entire staff wasfriendly and attentive and went out of their way to make sure our group of 9 on the patio was happy. It was like the days beforeCOVID. And the food was fantastic. My the salsa was flavorful and had a little kick. The enchiladas and burritos were great. TheCrema and Tomatillo sauces are delicious. I will definitely be going back and HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Read more

Second visit, consistently delicious food! Nice thin chips and decent salsa (this is how we gather initial impressions with... Mexican cuisine. I always get the Chimichanga here, and my fiance switches it up (got the enchiladas before, got the tacos thistime)! Never had a bad meal yet! Highly recommend getting the chicken instead of ground beef! Only critique would be that the$5 House Margarita was a bit weak, but they must have tasted it and agreed, because they gave me a shot to pour in, which madeit worthwhile. Would probably go with a non-house next time around, since there was a lot to choose from. Read more
