It was only 8pm and our server put every chair around us up. I asked if they were still open until 9 and she said yes and... continued putting chairs up. I’ve never felt more rushed. We had paid and tipped already, just wanted to finish our drinks.Sorry you were so slow, you’ll continue to stay that way if your place looks closed an hour before you actually do. Supertacky. This is my favorite place to go with my best friend. We have a history here. This was the first place we went after becoming... friends and we stayed for hours! Years and years later, we are still best friends and the chips and salsa at Coyote's may be toblame! My friend and I come here often to enjoy chips and salsa, a house margarita, and occasionally dinner or dessert. I canhonestly say I've never been disappointed. I recommend the chimichungas and the orange margarita, they're my favorite! The staffis great, the food is great, and the prices are great! Read more

I went with a group of ladies. The food was good, but I was told the Chile rellenos were wonton type wrapped and very crispy. ... They were breaded and barely fried, more soft. Our waitstaff was new and said that is what the management said. Read more

So many amazing things about this place, hopefully I remember to list all of them. Sangria swirls are 10/10 delicious and super... strong. Fajitas are amazing and worth the splurge Always. The service has almost always been perfect, even on their busiestnights. Kate the bartender is 10/10, super kind and amazing at her job. The breakfast burritos are 100/10 sometimes so spicy Ican’t even taste them but still delicious somehow. I absolutely love this place and will continue to frequent it as long as Iam living in Greeley. Read more

First time I've been to Coyote's. It was pretty good. Not much of a selection of beer but they have a ton of Tequila drinks and... wine. The wait staff was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I would maybe suggest some ice tea as an option other thensoda if not drinking alcohol. I would recommend this place for a quick bite or appetizers and some drinks with friends. Read more

We came in last night and sat in the bar. Jordan was our waiter and did an amazing job for us. We had never been in before and... Jordan made us feel like we were at home to a point it felt to us like we had been coming in for years. The food and margaritaswere fantastic. We got the southwest pork medallions on Jordan’s recommendation as well as a classic margarita. Next time weare in Colorado we will be coming back to coyotes for sure. We hope to see Jordan as well because he is truly a master of hiscraft. The kid deserves a raise. Read more

Coyote's is a good restaurant. We came for lunch and it seems to be the hopping place for local business men and women on... lunch breaks. We were in tshirts and jeans and seemed a little underdressed for the clientele even though I know the dress wasappropriate for the establishment. Anyways, service for lunch was fast and attentive. We mostly liked the dishes that we got. The avocado taco plate was really good...a sude of the crispy Brussels sprouts where really good... The side dishes of blackbeans and cilantro rice was good. The least favorite dish we had was the chile lime tacos...everything about it was kind ofdry...especially the chicken. The flavor was OK, just overall dry. I am new to Greeley and have tons of other places I'd liketo try, so it will be a while before I come back, but I'd still give it another go as there are other things on the menu I wouldlike to try. Its unfortunate that the compitition is fierce here in Greeley for mexican/southwest restaurants, as I believe in adifferent market this could be a standout establishment. For lunch the value is pretty good. 2 taco plates, a small side and acoffee, we got out at about 14$ per person. Read more
