Juan j. Excellent service, great customer service. I was sitting watch him work while I dined in and I tell you what, I haven't... seen such a hard worker in fast food in along time. He was running the entire restaurant with no manager and one other employee.He was handling it all from cleaning, running front counter, drive threw, supporting his coworker making sure she wascomfortable with her task and if she wasn't he assisted, and still made time to see if his customers were happy and madeconversation. Although the food was good the restaurant itself was filthy. Where the lids for cups sit had dirt and dust in it, the floors are... covered in leaves and tables haven't been wiped down in a very long time. Fountain screen was so smudged with other people'sfinger prints I really didn't want to touch it. Also soda fountain didn't have any diet in stock so had to ask for it frombehind the counter. They didn't have correct change and one employee even joked that they were broke. Although we truly enjoythe food here we won't return to these filthy conditions. Read more
First time in awhile going to jack n the box. I understand things change over time, but this place is nasty. The cashier was... very nice once she acknowledged us. Other than that this place was not good at all. My pita bread was literally hard as a rock,my fries were cold and my tacos sucked. The only reason I came hear was for the tacos. We don't live near by so it was going tobe a treat for us. But that was ruined. Its like no one cared about the quality of the food at all. We will never go back. Read more
This location used to be the very best!!! Awesome food amazing service. Last night we went and they started out by telling us... they were out of large cups, rice, onion rings and regular fries. (No their fault) we ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger. Gotto the window and paid, they gave us our food. We looked burger looked good with no bacon. They then asked for the food backthrough the window, I asked just for some bacon on the side and they refused. Unwillingly we handed the burger back over tothem, the woman with no gloves looked through it with her hands and handed it to the manager. I mean, it's fast food. It's not gonna wow you. But honestly, it's a step above Burger King, and two steps above McDonald's. I... may be biased because I love sourdough burgers, and they have one, but I'm not apologizing for that. Service was fast andfriendly, food was freshly made and given to me hot. Price was fair for what I got. Dining room was ice cold, which was a littleuncomfortable, but it's been hot this summer and so I can't complain much about that, but that's why it didn't get five stars.If you're a polar bear, this place gives a great fast food experience. We came pretty late night traveling through around midnight. We received excellent, friendly service from Juan and Yasmin. They... were super friendly and communicated well to let us know our large order would take a bit of time. They were short staffed andstill were kind and gave us all fresh food, complete with sauces! I love Jack in the Box at just about every location other than this one. It seems that the staff making the food here just... doesn?t know their menu. I am reviewing because this has happened numerous times at this point. I ordered a Jack?s Spicy Chickenmeal which is basically a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. I received this sandwich with a halfmelted slice of American cheese only. Like I said, something like this has happened nearly every time I?ve gotten food from thislocation, and it is rare that I go here for this reason. From the rest of the reviews, it seems I?m not the only one who has hadthis experience or something similar. Tl;Dr - If you are thinking of ordering here, save your money and time. It's absolutely not worth it. If I could give 0 starts,... I absolutely would. Although the food is good, everything else is awful. The customer service, for the most part, is terrible,the wait times are atrocious, and some of the staff are rude. I placed an online order, and I still had to wait more than 20minutes when I arrived at the store after the wait time posted. There was no effort to let any of the already waiting customersknow how long their order would take. All in all, pretty negative experience every time I've gone. I will not be going hereanymore.
