Person taking order was very confused, I had to kinda yell and I didn't like that. I finally asked for someone else to take... order. Chicken wings had a tiny, tiny sauce and then the wings were laid on top so 3/4's of each no sauce. Why online menushows a small for $7.05 , when ordered $9.99. It's been awhile that I ordered but probably last time. Last comment, nobody doesanything about concerns so why do I/we posting comments. Read more

I order from Marco's often and really enjoy their pizza, especially their thin crust. This evening, I placed an order and when I... opened the box, I saw that it was the wrong pizza. I hadn't even closed the box by the time they realized the mistake. Theycalled me, apologized, assured me that the delivery driver was on the way with my correct pizza, and offered me some freebies tomake up for the trouble. I declined the freebies (I mean, hey, I'm getting the pizza that was delivered in error for free out ofthe deal) and within moments I got a push notification that they had sent me a coupon. Great customer service! Everybody makesmistakes, and I appreciate a business that andles them so kindly and professionally. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Read more
Far and away the best chain Pizza within 500 miles. We ate at the location fresh out of the oven it was fantastic.
I ordered a pizza for delivery. They charged my account 3x for the order. The manager refused to give her name. She said it is... standard for their corporate to charge 3x the amount and hold for 72 hours when you order online or through the app. She saidMarcos is not responsible to inform customer they are charging 3x the amount of purchase. She was very unprofessional and rude.She refused to give me owner info and hung up. She said she did not care if she loses our business. Be careful when otderingonline or through app with Marcos. Not truck driver friendly! Needed to use the restroom and was willing to purchase something afterwards but the young lady told... me that the restrooms weren't a public restroom. Felt like I was treated like I was homeless. I'm 100% positive that withouttruck drivers Marco's Pizza wouldn't be functioning. A little appreciation to truck drivers go a long way and yes this includesusing the restroom! Read more
Order pizza from there all the time. Great pizza! Not very friendly taking orders. This is the second time they said they... didn't honor the deals on TV. Had to argue with the lady about the 8.99 1 topping carry out deal that I had just got from agentleman a few days before. Probably won't be going back any time soon. Read more
