I would rate this McDonald 0-stars if it was available. My house is closer to this place, but I have to drive somewhere else to... go get ice-cream or frappe because their machines are always broken or down! Every time I come to this McDonald?s the machinesare always down. I?m not even kidding, every damn time! I even called one time to save myself from wasting gas to see if theywere serving them, and still ?Machine is broken.? I then asked why are the machines always down, and the employee I was talkingto just hung up on me. ???? ???? Why? Why are your machines always broken? For how many months now!? Do you like to be able to get in and out quick so you can make the most out of your lunch break? Don't eat here, I wasted more... than half of my 1 hour lunch just waiting for them to get me my food. This place is ridiculous. So much for fast food Read more
1st time here. My friend went through the drive thru, which took about 15 minutes. Two lanes, but very busy. His order arrived... fresh and hot at the window. I went inside. My order was taken within 90 seconds by a very friendly, and focused manager, whokept the crew kids working very efficiently during the rush. My order was up in about 2 minutes. It was a spicy chickensandwich, that was hot and delicious. I also got fries, that were also hot, and cooked perfectly. This McDonald's is the bestI've been to in Greeley. Highly recommended. Zero stars wasn't available.. was the only person in the lobby, no one even tried to take my order until I said something after... sitting there for 10 minutes. Took my order & I waited for over 20 minutes to get it. It's now hard & cold. Never got my drinksbecause they said that they would be right back with them & never came back. When I left there was a woman in there I had beentalking to for most of my wait & she has yet to place an order. Read more
My wife and I. Simple order. Asked to pull ahead and park. Longer than normal wait. Young man walks out with order and says... have a good one as he hands us a bag. We ordered drinks with breakfast and made him aware. No response, he turns and walksaway. We finish our meal waiting for drinks. He finally shows back up, hands us our drinks and says have a good one. Guessthats as good as it gets at McDonalds these days. Read more
Only reason I went is because I let my little ones pick 1 a month where to go out to eat. Food was what I expected, it's just... not good. Service was faster this time though, and that's why I'm leaving a review. Some improvement there. Read more
Don't eat here. Ordered food and the staff was rude. Had a mobile order and waited around 20 minutes in my car and had to go... inside just to get it and the food was cold and burnt. I ordered a double qtr pounder with cheese meal with everything on it andgot a piece of meat with ketchup and my hot and spicy was also burnt and had no lettuce for some reason. I got ice tea thattasted stale. I called the store and they just hung up on me and said they have no staff not their problem right now. I took 1bite and ended up just throwing the rest away. I wish I had asked her name. I really hope someone can narrow down the time and day and give this lady a raise or Christmas... bonus. She was an older lady working the (1st window) drive- thru at 7:02am on December 3rd, 2022. Her very pleasant , patienceand helpful attitude while we ordered, truly made my day. It's hard to find this kind of ethic anymore. Thank you. The food wasgreat. Overall great experience that I won't soon forget. Read more
