Horrible ordered very little and they chuckled when i asked for no lettuce and then left it on and sent out a (bean burrito)... that is meat not even bean whoever is running this location really needs to get there stuff together i wont be going backanytime soon thanks to you bud. My order was very simple your location was just being lazy and didnt want to make food. Thanksill be going to corporate about this location. Read more

This place has become a disaster. Extremely long wait times, always out of stuff, always get the order wrong, and now rude staff... as well. They need some serious interventions. We used to go here a lot, but the past 6 months or so has been a bad experienceevery time. It started out with being out of items, then really long wait times (sometimes over 40 minutes). So we stopped goingfor awhile. Then a couple months later we try again and still the same problems so we wait a couple more months and this timethe staff were very rude. I placed a mobile order, I get to the restaurant and they say they are closed (it was 8 pm and Googlesays they are open until 11pm). I explain I have a mobile order and am told they'll make that one but they are closed. I get tothe window, wait 25 minutes, finally get my order, and they won't even speak to me. And yes, the order was wrong (missing threeitems). Just don't bother, pick another Taco Bell. Hopefully, this one closes soon. Read more

It was filthy! Esmerelda was rude! All I wanted was a receipt after we started eating, and she said she couldn't do it. Our food... was old, old meat, old beans, stell taco shells and hard rice. She then started to yell at us over the Customer that was rightin front of her. I started taking pictures of how gross it was, and she started laughing at us. She then yelled again over herCustomer at us asking why I was taking pictures "what are those pictures going to do!" I looked at her and told her to take careof her Customer. She apologized to her Customer but not us. She asked another coworker to come out and talk to us because shewas scared to. Cassandra calmed the situation as she isn't even management. She said I had every right to take pictures and Iwas right about her being rude. She offered to remake our food... I told her no because she would be giving us old food again.Cassandra said that Esmerelda apparently told us she was sorry, but she couldn't come out to say it herself. I told Cassandrathat I except her apologies but not Esmerelda. I give you only 1 star because that's the lowest , however I give this location aZERO. Esmerelda needs to be fired! Cassandra needs to be management. ALL OF THIS OVER A RECEIPT!!!! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TOTHIS LOCATION AGAIN! Read more

1st time at this location. At 5 pm there was no line in the drive through. Ordering was fast and accurate. The staff was very... friendly and helpful. My order was ready within a few minutes. Shells were crunchy, the meat was hot and a quite generousportion. Overall, it was a good ordering experience, and the quality of the tacos was excellent. Highly recommended. Read more

Waiting on the drive through for 40 minutes is unacceptable! And not even the time waiting in line was acknowledged by the... worker when we picked up our food. We?ve come to this location several times in the last month trying to give them a chance. Weunderstand that the service industry is hard right now. But this is not fast food. Read more

I just spent 40 minutes in line, with barely any cars, come home to find my burrito is only sauce and cheese, no other fillings.... Super disappointing. And to boot, I watched the manager and an employee sit outside for awhile talking to their friends andcussing up a storm! You guys have gone down hill fast! Read more

I wish I could say we tried the food. But we never even got to order. Before we walked in a group of highschool girls walked in.... These girls are all the staff focused on due to one of them being an employees girlfriend. We waited for ten minutes beforefinally decided to order using the kiosk. But we had to pay with cash. That never happened as we waited for another ten minutesbefore walking out and going to a better place. This taco bell sucks simply because of the staff. Do not go here. Read more

If there was a way to choose 0 stars I would I would I was miss treated through the dry through. They think that serving old... stale rice and chicken is ill rice and chicken 2 customers is OK. The rice was disgusting and it hurt my teeth and they put ranand they put ranch avocado sauce in my is O sauce in my mom's chicken bowl. I Ask for it to be remayed the 2nd time and it wasdiscussing and it was disgusting bow times. After I was disappointed both times I called and asked for both times I called andasked for a refund on 2 items my total was 4 items. They could not give me a refund and said that they could only remake thefood. I was mistreated 3 times by I'm miss by 2 members of management who didn't know the corporate who didn't know thecorporate number and couldn't give me any better answers. The best they said was the girl that made the food was new. This isprobably one of the worst experiences in Taco Bell experience in Taco Bell experience.
