I wasn't impressed this time and for starters the salsa bar wasn't available. So let's start with the NEW triple cheese quesdila... ( spelling wrong) if I didn't eat it all then it wouldn't stay hot. So I opted to go ahead and dig into my tacos and let's putit mildly. I got more lettuce then cheese and the taco meat wasn't what I remembered. Now onto the potato oles they weren't hotlet alone warm. I spent over $ 20 and I should've went down the street went to Carl's Jr instead. Or maybe drive the extra milesand go to Del Taco. Extremely disappointed, the quality of the food was beyond TERRIBLE!!! I purchased 12 hard shells tacos for my family and every... single one of them were EXTREMELY SOGGY. It was a drive threw order, I arrived home about 5min later. There's no way these weremade fresh, the shells were so wet you couldn't even lift the tacos. It wasn't a greasy wet but a moisture wet. I called therestaurant and requested to speak to a Manage. I explained the issues to him and he stated since it was a big order (I alsoordered 5 drinks, a bean burritos and some potato oles, the potatoes were over greasy and cold but I was willing to overlookthat) there was nothing he could do. I offered to take pictures and send them to verify the quality of the tacos but hedeclined, stating he couldn't give out his phone number. He didn't offer to replace them or refund a portion of my $68 order.Poor management and food quality!! I'll be filing a report with the BBB, maybe then they'll work on their Staff and food. Read more
Friendly but slow. No rush for ANYTHING, confused over the order. Why lock the lobby if your drive-thru is going to suck?
Loved It!!! Went last night Mon 1st. Everything was amazing except the street tacos trio. What is that tortilla? It was very... thick. Potatoes were hot and crispy. The boys did a good job! Read more
In greeley if you have 45 minutes to eat and want mexican food. Go anywhere else. Exept taco bell. They are so slow. Drive thru,... lobby, call ahead, internet order doesn't matter. They will start when they feel like it. And dont ask them to hurry. Becausethey are paid by the hour. And apparently the owner of this place love happy lazy employees and hungry, angey customers.Otherwise they might talk to management about Getting customers in-and-out in a timely fashion Read more

My family likes to hype up taco Johns. This was my first time trying it & I open my sandwich to this? smashed in the bottom of... the bag. Same with the other 2? They weren?t even busy.. Thumbs down smh Read more
