Our waitress was very nice. That is pretty much the only thing good I can say about our experience. Where to start... First the... waiting area smelled like urine. The sodas tasted like the lines hadn't been cleaned in quite some time (not drinkable). Mymother inlaws glass was cracked all the way down one side and across the bottom and our glasses weren't clean. My daughtersorder was wrong and our fries were luke warm and squishy when served. There were only a total of 4 tables of guests (14 people)in the restaurant. It took almost 30 mins for our food to come out. So we were a little disappointed when it was wrong and cold. When the waitress returned and asked how everything was, I informed her of the of the issues. She immediately asked if we wantedher to have them remade. We declined since it took so long the first time. When she went back and told the kitchen about thefries we heard someone say if they want hot fries they can come back here and cook them their selves (unprofessional). The foodwas edible but not a good experience. My previous review was a 4 star but something has changed. I wouldn't recommend this placebased on how the kitchen reacted to cold fries. We didn't even ask to have them remade or for a discount. Where is the qualitycontrol? It should never have been served. Read more

I have a pretty restrictive diet. I found plenty of items that fit within my restrictions. The food was very good. The waiter... was friendly and fun. The place was clean and even though they were busy (lunch time) the staff was attentive. Read more

Returned to the Village Inn on Centerpiece Drive in Greeley Co. Am I happy I did. The food was excellent the service was... great, and my wife and I agreed that this was THE PLACE TO EAT!! Back to VILLAGE INN at Center Place, Greeley This excellentrestaurant has become our default location for fast service, good food, great atmosphere, and now a great wait person, Amanda, picture added. This. Lady is so on the ball that when my potatoes came up and we're way too crispy for human consumption, shesent them back and served me the most-perfect potatoes in town. My hat off to Amanda and two thumbs up! Read more

Servings were a little skimpy. Our server was a little slow in taking care of us. Food was rated a two or maximum three. Server... did return with a little bit of green chili for a breakfast burrito that seemed to be slighted a little. The main hostess waspleasant and prompt, but she seemed to be out numbered by employees that barely performed to expectations Read more

My family and I waited 30 min for a table, which wasn?t unacceptable given how busy they were for a Sunday afternoon. While we... waited, my wife and I grabbed a menu from the hostess stand and picked out our food. By the time we were seated, we were readyand placed our order with our waitress- drinks, food and desert. Ten minutes later though, we still had not received our drinksand our waitress was nowhere to be found. This became a reoccurring theme throughout the visit. I flagged the hostess and askedif our drinks were en-route. She disappeared and our waitress showed up with our drinks a moment later. She seemed flustered.Something about the drink station being crowded. We shrugged it off. But then our waitress disappeared again and this time itseemed for good. We watched as tables that had arrived after ours received their food. One table that had been seatedconcurrently with us received their food, finished their meal, paid their bill and left. At this, I stood up, walked to thekitchen and poked my head it. It had been over 30 min since we ordered our food and I hadn?t seen our waitress. There were a fewstaff members milling about and one of them was eating. I told whoever was in charge my situation. Not 20 second later, heshowed up at our table with our food. Everything looked dried out like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. When heput my Biscuits and gravy in front of me, we both paused and looked at the dish. The hash browns were raw and dripping withgrease. Two small biscuits, topped with what must have been a tablespoon of gravy, sandwiched dried out, deeply over-cookedpatties of sausage. After a moment he offered without prompt, ?I?m going to get some more gravy?. Everything was lukewarm.Everything was dry. The sausage was inedible. After he reappeared with a plastic cap full of gravy and a glass of water henervously asked if everything was okay. ?Sure. Everything?s fine.? My wife and I picked at our food a for a few minutes whil Read more

I had breakfast with my kiddos, 3 generations sitting at the table talking, laughing, enjoying each other and making memories. ... GB1 had the smiley Face, GB2 had French Toast, son & dil had strawberry crepes, and I had pancakes and fresh fruit. The crepeshad to go back for a little more time on the griddle, but after that everything was good. Our waitress Kiya was great and veryefficient. Read more
