I enjoy writing positive comments however as a senior I have to say this was the worst A&W I have visited. It cost me $16 for... day old onion rings and a buddy burger all of which were cold, the onion rings were so over salted - what a shame thisrestaurant needs to step up their game. I went through the drive thru around 6:45 on Friday night, I was the only car in theline. I have requested a coupon to use at A&W for the value that went on a meal that went into the garbage. The coupon will beused at a different A&W for sure. Unfortunately to post this feedback I had to give them 1 star....shameful. Read more
they refused to speak to me through the speaker and when I asked for a fry I was given one single that i had to split between 5... people. I forced out of my car and had to crawl through myself to make my food. they also pumped air throughout my wholesmoothie. terrible service. Read more
Poor service ! Stood at the counter , waiting for someone to take my order for 5 min while the drive through was the main... priority. Then was told " oh I'm sorry we didn't see you standing there " didn't think the place was the Taj Mahal in size.Walked out won't go back. Read more
If I could give less I would .... rotten and cold food buy the time I brought my drive thru food home 5 minutes away the food... was ice cold on a hot day frys were like they were day olds now on to the toppings gross brown slimy lettuce with a what I canpresume to be a rotten tomato that was trimmed around thw edges so they could still use absolutely gross ... then when I called to speak with the manger I get a team lead who sounds like she was new fair enough we all got to start somewhere but her lackof experience should not be left alone to run a store. So grateful for the service we receive almost everyday from the staff. They have come to recognize us and treat us with respect... and excellent customer service. Appreciate the cleanliness of the whole building. Awesome breakfast and great coffee. As busdrivers that come from out of town we come regularly and look forward to the extremely great service that is provided to us. Read more
every time i order from this location my order is completely wrong and missing items and even when paying for priority delivery... my food is cold. 10/10 do NOT recommend if you want what you ACTUALLY pay for. Read more
