Customer service was lackluster, front desk personnel was basic and not very welcoming.
Great quality food at an affordable cost with rotating flavors of gelato.
First time here. I had the bratwurst and French fries. Both were very good. Fries were extra big. Meal cost 8.50.
Reasonably priced tasty food in a setting that makes a family feel quite comfortable and entertained.
A great place to cool off and use restroom, had the gelato with kids and they served us very well, we very kind to our kids.

the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am actually concerned the reason their girls at the front are so... disrespectful is because their supervisor on the floor adds to it. lazy, won't go above and beyond for simple requests such asrequest for receipt, adding milk to my child's hot chocolate to cool it down, THE EYE ROLLING and silent treatment, walkingaway while I was asking a question and so aggressive (slap the cup down with the milk and walking away without a word. there isno greeting, no friendly goodbye. They need an emergency meeting sit down with front end employees and discuss customer service,and friendliness. if they treated us this way, I guarantee they treat one in five people this way.
